There is no one at the front desk to check in, and the apartment door can't be opened, so it is impossible to check in. Moreover, the apartment is on the side of the road, and there is no place to park. It is very troublesome to rent a car and park, and you have to find your own parking space everywhere. Although the apartment has its own parking garage, it can only park 8 cars, which is equivalent to no parking. The experience was very bad.

酒店樓下就有有軌電車站，和地鐵站，有軌電車十幾分鍾就直達柏林主火車站，非常方便！整體滿意，非常乾淨，也很寬敞，廚房設備餐具齊全。入住時間雖然晚於人工辦理入住時間，但根據酒店的指示也順利辦理了入住。唯一一點因為臨街晚上沒那麼安靜，但還是可以接受的

乾淨，交通好方便！樓下好多餐廳，購物亦有好多選擇。最impressive是show gel和洗髮水（我們甚至查看能怎麼購買, 可惜只能online和沒辦法ship到亞洲）還有房間的Tea bag. Overall 在歐洲算是一次很好的住宿體驗.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. They deducted €150 from my account without warning, claiming I smoked in the room, even though neither my friend nor I do. After a lengthy dispute, the hotel admitted the error and promised a refund, but by then I had already missed my train, was forced to buy a new ticket, and had to wait for the next one. The funds remaining on my card weren’t enough for a replacement ticket, so I had to borrow money. The hotel never responded to my emails about compensation. If you value honest service and respect for guests, look elsewhere.

I have actually stayed at this hotel many times. Overall, my experiences have been positive, but there are a few concerns I'd like to address. Firstly, while I often hear the sound of ambulances from my room, it doesn't feel disruptive, and I sleep comfortably. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, which I appreciate. However, the communication could be improved. I have sent three emails regarding various inquiries, but I've only received a response to one of them. The last two emails went unanswered, and I'm not sure why that is. For instance, I wanted to inquire if I could pay for a late check-out, but I never received a reply regarding that question. Regardless of whether the requests can be fulfilled or not, I believe that guests should receive responses to their emails. Thank you for considering my feedback.

The bed is uncomfortable and the pillows too thin, impossible to sleep in. the room is very noisy because of the tram below and the traffic of the street below. staff not nice.

Very poor service when assistance is needed for check - in and check-out. Requests for help are ignored. Email responses come yhe next day when you need and ask for urgent help. Issues with accessing the hotel and checking out. Very rude phone service.

Basically quite nice, but needs more of a human presence in house on management level. Outside of cleaning ladies and an occasional repairman, there was no one to be seen. This is disconcerting. Automation is useful, but a substitute for actual human contact.
