The bed was not done yet. So I needed to do it by myself (the place should change this rule). It looks spacious in the picture, but it is small. one pillow cover was missing and soup on the toilet was empty. Well, these are minor things. Staff were quite grumpy which lowered overall satisfaction.

I had a bad experience staying here. I booked a dorm room and asked for a female dorm on my arrival which they said was OK. They put me in a room but later on 2 men checked in. The room was so small you are basically sleeping right beside the other person, and it's hard to move around and store your stuff. I asked the next day if I could upgrade to a private room but they wouldn't refund any of the original booking so I had to just pay the full price for a new room. After sleeping there 1 night I returned the next day to find that I was locked out and the housekeeping staff had packed up my belongings and removed them from the room. They had mistakenly thought that I had checked out but left ALL my belongings there, even though I had booked for antoher 4 days. I don't know how they could have been so stupid to make this mistake. They had alresdy out someone else in the room so they moved me to a worse room where things were broken, and refused to refund me anything for the inconvenience. I wouldnt stay here again despite the cheap price.

The room is quiet and basic and clean. The check in is quite slow. The bobby is very big and good for hanging out. The location is convenient. The dormitory has one toilet and one bathroom in separate rooms which is convenient

The app & website to possibly check-in, avoiding a queue at reception, didn't work. At the room I had to be let in by another guest as my door card, didn't work. It later transpired that the card had been configured for the wrong room. I'd requested a lower bunk if possible and was allocated an upper bunk - I don't know whether that was unavoidable or if my request wasn't even considered. The room was on the 6th floor, the lift was broken. The dual USB charging points in my bunk, were broken. The wifi worked well.

Good for teenagers. The bathroom is small (also bad smell from the sink)

There is a direct bus to the museum island and the Berlin wall nearby. If you don't mind the location, quite a nice place to stay

Overall, a very good hostel. Close to a couple of very famous clubs in Berlin and a metro station that will get you to the city in 15 to 20 minutes. Also a huge plus that the kitchen is open all night. The only thing the hostel lacked was a social atmosphere. All the groups kind of just stuck to their own. The hostel probably could use some activities to get people to mingle around a bit. Overall, very good, but not great stay.

Good location. Just across Tresor, Kitkat if you like to party in Berlin. But room was average. Booked the private room. Checked in and realised they didn’t clean the room for us. Toilet bowl got someone’s else ****. Bedsheets not changed. There was a lift but they didn’t allow us to use it. So we climbed 5 level up with our luggage!!! Water is damn cloudy have no idea why. Stayed in other hotels and Airbnb in Berlin but water was fine. Very noisy at night with kids running around. Well that’s what you get if you stay in hostels. These kids never sleeps. Shared kitchen is kinda gross. Microwave doesn’t work. And then again I wouldn’t use it cause seems like it has never been cleaned for years.

Need to pay for bed sheet. The electric outlets for my bed is not working. The drain in the shower also didn’t work, every time one finishes showering, the bathroom is flooded.

I don't enjoy this hotel very much, the environment is not very good

Not in the city centre. The bathroom drainage is stuck, the water go down so slow, soaking in the water while showering … Got Scooters outside the hostel.
