Best Western Hotel am Spittelmarkt Berlin recensioner

It was nice hotel in Berlin. Location is good to go anywhere and hotel is so clean and staff are nice welcoming

Big room. And good breakfast. Train station nearby. I book this room for 2 persons to stay but they give room for 1 double bad and 1 extra which is very nice. I love that.

It has a really nice view! I love the tower it’s so Berlinisch!

people is nice, but the clearing staff will come into your room without any notice.

This hotel is situated near the exits of U Bahn Spittelmarkt of U2 line. In terms of location, this is considered good. The breakfast starts at 6am, and the spread was reasonable, but it was less than the other Best Western Hotel I have stayed in other cities. No fruits takeaway for this one and if I remember correctly, no coffee takeaway as well. Room was clean and the water was hot. They allow storage of luggages so that is a plus. You cannot go wrong with Best Western.

All in all okay. Nothing special but solid!

We had a great stay in our room. The room was not large but the price was right. The Hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood. The Subway and baker are just around the corner. There is a super market nearby and we could just walk to the centre of Berlin. We will certainly book this hotel again if we plan a trip to Berlin!

The location is very central and near to the subway. Walking distance to many tourists sites within 30mins. Hotel is very clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful. Worth a second stay if ever going back to Berlin.

Customer service at this hotel was the worst we’ve seen from all our travels around Germany this summer! We reserved here primarily for the parking. When we arrived, they simply told us that “we should have known better. Parking is by reservation only. There are no spots left. Go park out in the street somewhere.” We were at a loss for words. We ended up parking at another hotel that ended up being a 20 minute walk away as there are no spots along the road to park at. When we checked out, it was raining really hard. No sympathy and no assistance on retrieving our car 20 minutes away in the rain. They were simply rude. Be aware going in.

Hotel has excelent situation, centrum is near and metrostation is also near. Hotel was peacefull

Changed to this hotel due to it's location. It's a few minutes walk from the sub way and 40 minutes walk to Aleksandraplatz
