Hotel Helle Mitte

I knew things were odd the second I had trouble finding the door. The hotel is located in a shopping centre - so points for metro connection and being right on top of bars and a movie theatre, despite this leading to a good bit of noise during the night. Points deducted for everything else. Despite traveling for business and my company having paid for my trip, the rude man at the front desk tried to make me pay out of pocket for my room until I showed him the confirmation emails from my company. As for my room, it had the size of a North American dorm room, enough cigarette burns in the wall to make an ash try blush, and - as a nice touch - the hairdryer dangling into the shower (though, this was rectified by putting it back on its convenient shelf). On a personally opiniated note, the furnishings were also rather drab, giving all the stylistic trappings of, at least to me, crippling depression. The carpet had odd stains on it that I dare not try to identify, and I dared not walk around barefoot. The cherry on top was when I tried to check out the next morning, only to find nobody at the desk and not even a key drop present. After waiting around for half an hour, I dropped my key and a small note on the front desk, which is quite literally a small desk in the middle of a cramped hallway. Truly an experience I won't forget, and one that makes me happy I am staying at a different hotel for my second night in Berlin!

This is by far the worst „Hotel“ I have seen. It is very dirty and the staff is unprofessional. It is a rip off. They first take your money and after showing you the rooms they will not refund you. To sleep here could be dangerous for your health. I would suggest other real hotels nearby.

Einrichtung reicht aus zum schlafen. Leider geht das Internet gar nicht ! Was positiv war der Kühlschrank roch nicht! Sauber war er. Ich war nun im März , Mai und im Juni Gast in diesem Hotel. Und eins habe ich gelernt Freundlichkeit gibt es nur wenn ich ja sage zu allem. Eine Anfrage ist NICHT AUTOMATISCH EINE RESERVIERUNG. Dies wurde aber getan. Ich hatte dadurch ohne es zu wissen eine Doppel Reservierung. Weil ich eine Anfrage gestellt habe . Mein Bruder hat für mich reserviert ! Leider sind Einige Mängel in diesem Hotel. Es fehlt ein Schild ＜＞ Bitte nicht stören! Warum ich da einchecke ? es ist zentral man kommt überall gut hin. Werde nochmal im Juli dort seien bin gespannt !

Einfach nur schrecklich, unsauber, klein und extrem laute Musik die ganze Nacht. Schließen, meine Empfehlung. Teppichboden, Wände, Gardinen und Bad alles verdreckt und die Krönung die Musikbeschallung. 3 Sterne Hotel, das ist ein Witz.
