breakfast was good at its price, water pressure in the bathroom requires improvement

A good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

Hotel with good Sauna room and swimming pool, but the water is cold during spring period. We like the service of the staffs, especially one of the beautiful girl as a receptionist, friendly and caring.

Really good location. Since it’s a bit of a distance to the city it’s great to have free access to public transport. Room was really nice and clean. Really nice swimming pool and training facilities as well. Great price as well!!

酒店不大但是設施齊全，環境很整潔衞生，窗外景色宜人。每個服務人員都很友善樂意幫忙，早餐意料之外地好吃，雖然餐廳空間不大，但是食物種類和口味都選擇得很好。停車方便而且免費，對自駕旅客超級友好了。

酒店離市區有幾公里，但可以辦理提前入住，樓下有電車可去老城，窗外境色很美，設施也不錯，算是伯爾尼性價比高的酒店，值得推薦。

給這麼多的分數是因為沒有選項給0分。一開始訂這個酒店是考慮去古城方便，另外自己租車，停車可以免費。實地看下來，落差很大，哪裡有四鑽的標準，也就比漢庭連鎖好一點，不如全季。不知道這個等級是如何評上去的。貴一點沒事，但不能給人誤導。最差是衞生，訂了兩個房間，113的房間一走進去有異味，那就開窗通風吧，哪裡想到晚上快要得小昆蟲的密集恐懼症了。大家自己看圖。換房間吧，113換到上面一個樓層，還行。還有一個房間要換就看了最後一個房間，廁所有異味，就不換了。一晚上心裏很害怕，就怕蟲子掉到身上。這酒店為何不安裝紗窗。到了第二天退房，前台好像沒事一樣，這事就當沒發生一樣。在這裏感謝攜程的溝通！這個酒店一定要避雷！

免費泊車，酒店門外就是電車站方便到極 ，前堂的各位小姐態度都極度好 給予免費電車車票，就下載車票有點問題小姐很耐心的給我們弄真，的賓至如歸。全部店員都很有禮貌我沒有遇過一個不好的 間房都經過翻新，有很大的玻璃窗還看到國會大廈的景致滿意極了 ，之前住日內瓦的酒店也是全5分法國這個酒店同一集團出品，我在這裏渡過了愉悅的一天
