Good hotel on the river. Great meals and facilities

The location was perfect. I felt judged for my choice of booking (budget twin share), asked if I knew what budget was: I did. The room was not clean: spillage in the fridge, dirty/dusty room, dirty bathroom (which we had to clean before using), food left on ledge between windows and bed and the ledges not wiped down and remnants of previous occupants remaining on the ledges (still sticky☹️), also the windows wouldn't open and the TV batteries were flat. Initially two teenagers were going to stay there but plans changed, either way no one should have to justify their choices and rooms should be clean.

We stayed for a night on our way to the Barossa Valley. We found the staff to be very friendly. The food very nice and the accommodations were perfect for the night. A big room. Lovely big bath towels. Plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. They even gave us water and snacks free in our room.

Great location, amazing value for money, staff exceptional service and friendly will definitely recommend to others and I plan on going back

This was second stay in 6 months in one of the new apartments and found it to be as pleasant as before. Great spacious one bedroom balcony apartment overlooking the river. Even with the sofa bed out it did not seem crowded. The complimentary drinks and nibbles was a lovely touch. Very clean and well equipped Friendly staff Would definitely recommend

Excellent service. Nice new cabin/ room. Shower is large and well appointed. Berri hotel very convenient for food options.

Clean room. King bed with lovely pillows and crisp sheets. A little street noise. Tiny bathroom and toilet. Small fridge and kettle. The reception staff were very helpful in a few extras we needed as we weee visiting for a bike race. Meals were good in the bistro. A lot of older groups booking dinner and events. Close parking.

Fabulous Apartment overlooking the Mighty Murray. Complimentary Wine and Nibbles on arrival. Great location and amenities.

Fantastic hotel in the beautiful Riverland.Great staff,great views and great.Food was fantastic,I had one of the chefs specials,the salmon which was outstanding.Substituted the chips for vegetables which was a great mix not the usual boring pub vegetables.Staff were lovely and more than accommodating. Beautiful waking up and looking out to the river in the morning,enjoying the morning sun on the private balcony.Highly recommend stopping here a real gem in the Riverland

Arriving from intrastate, given the cost our expectation for money paid was disappointing with us having to contact reception soon after entering the room that there needed attention to the toilet and that the provided handwash was empty in the bathroom. The room looked clean until one looked at the mirror which looks like it hasn't seen a clean in months. Additionally, the bed was roughly made up on the second day with no new fresh towels provided.

The new renovations are 5 star quality. well maintained throughout the property. The pub had great meals, and we loved the stay. highly recommend.
