Very Disappointed Booked king room stairs nothing like the website photos. given another room. When I complained I was told "sorry it's not up to your standard. We wanted to rest after 3 hour journey, we couldn't the carpet was being cleaned next door. TV didn't work. Fee if we don't wash up $40 Steam entering the bathroom sets fire alarm off false alarm fee $1800. Next morning truck arrived to dump mulch on the driveway we just caught him in time or we would have been blocked from leaving We had booked 2 nights left after 1 said they would refund half if they could rebook the room. Ha Ha only one other person staying the time we were here. Deceptive photos beware.

I loved it! So pretty and peaceful and is located in a convenient part of the town. The staff were nice and the rooms were accomodating. Very impressed. The rooms could have a little bit more decor as it felt a bit bland, but perfect for the price and it was very clean.

The Berry Inn is conveniently located close to the main street of Berry. It’s clean, comfortable and well equipped. I honestly had the best nights sleep I’d had in a long time staying at the Berry Inn. I wish we could have stayed longer. The owners are friendly and responsive too.

we enjoyed a great location as just around the corner from the main street and Berry Inn - so you can park right outside your accomodation door and leave the car behind. The air conditioning meant we were warm - bedding covering is at a minimum - so warmer PJs if you don’t like air con. We had ground floor unit #2 that provided easy step free access and also no step into the shower. Everything was clean and fresh inside #2 and we would plan a return visit. Berry is picturesque and lovely friendly service at pub, bakery and other retail outlets.

Not a nice place to stay. Rooms dark with low ceilings. Felt like I was staying in a renovated toilet block. Room was not cleaned until we requested it. Management was rude and more interested in us leaving than making us feel welcome. Ruined our stay in Berry. There are cheaper and nicer places in Berry to stay, the Berry Hotel around the corner is much nicer and cheaper. Will not be returning to the Berry Inn.

Awful experience. Hotel management was rude, deceitful and creepy. Prepared to be lied to about room availability and prices to jag extra money from your pocket. Airconditioner broken. Room moldy. Room not cleaned. Also be prepared to be constantly questioned and monitored about who you are and when you will be leaving. Unhelpful and stressful. There are cheaper and nicer places in Berry to stay. Avoid the Berry Inn if you are wanting to enjoy your stay in Berry.

The worst customer service I have ever had. Less then basic rooms. Even cheap basic places would have tissue boxes. The staff we dealt with was extremely rude. Dark room, stale mouldy smell , bed is extremely uncomforrable.Hot water goes off quickly. Air-con is broken. Overall experience is terrible and ruined our visit.

From reviews,ads etc. expected so much. So,so, disappointing. One of the smallest rooms we have stayed in - the bathroom was bigger ! Tiny coffee ? table, fold down table under exposed clothes rack. Even budget motels have tissue boxes, not here. This is not a frivolous review, we have many years experience in hospitality. Again, so disappointing.
