Excelente estadia
Fiquei hospedado no imóvel com um grupo de amigos, e nossa experiência foi excelente. A casa estava muito limpa e organizada desde o momento em que chegamos, o que nos proporcionou uma ótima primeira impressão.
Em termos de espaço, o imóvel correspondeu exatamente ao anúncio, com quartos confortáveis e adequados para acomodar nosso grupo de 7 famílias. Foi perfeito para nossa estadia, oferecendo o conforto necessário.
A cozinha era completa e tinha todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários para preparar refeições para o grupo, o que facilitou muito o nosso dia a dia.
Além disso, não enfrentamos nenhum problema com os banheiros ou chuveiros, e a infraestrutura da casa estava impecável, sem falhas no encanamento ou outras questões.
O anfitrião foi extremamente acessível, sempre disponível para comunicação, e o processo de check-in e check-out foi simples e sem complicações.
Gostaria também de destacar a cozinheira indicada pelo proprietário, Elzana, que foi excelente. Ela não apenas ajudou na preparação das refeições, mas também na parte de limpeza, o que fez uma grande diferença e tornou nossa estadia ainda mais agradável e prática.
Recomendo fortemente este imóvel para grupos que buscam conforto, boa localização e uma experiência tranquila e bem assistida.

Férias em Amigos
Todos os anos viajamos com um grupo de quase 10 casais e sempre é uma luta para encontrar a casa perfeita para passar o ano novo. Falo isso porque é difícil de verdade encontrar uma casa que acomode vinte pessoas confortavelmente. Esse ano escolhemos a casa do Paulo, uma pessoa extremamente solicita, desde o primeiro contato. Tirou todas nossas dúvidas e fechamos. A casa foi reformada recentemente e é visível como está nova, todos os quartos confortáveis e com ar condicionado, as duchas dos banheiros eram maravilhosas depois daquela tarde na piscina. A piscina super quentinha, e bate sol o dia todo. Tinha o Gabriel que realizava a limpeza da piscina toda manhã, ele ainda pegou alguns cocô pro pessoal, e cocô grátis com certeza foi uma festa. A estrutura de toda a casa é incrível, teve tarde do cinema e até noite da pizza. Ponto alto é a máquina de gelo, acredite, não gastamos um real com gelo nessas férias. Enchíamos todas as manhã cerca de cinco cooler para ir pra praia e ainda a máquina ficava cheia. Enfim, amamos a máquina de gelo, foi nosso xodó. Durante a estádias todas as solicitações foram atendidas imediatamente, ficamos na casa durante seis dias para passar a virada de ano. A casa tem ótima localização no condomínio, super rapidinho para chegar na praia. A praia é linda e com seguranças, foi outro ponto que gostamos muito. E tinha banheiro,que facilitava bastante. Dentro do condomínio mesmo tem padaria, mercado, e até aquelas feirinhas noturnas. Nos vemos em abril!!

Casa espetacular
Adoramos a estadia, tudo estava muito limpo e organizado. A casa atende grupos grandes como o meu. Os quartos são confortáveis, a casa está toda reformada e a estrutura é boa para quem tem crianças pequenas. O Paulo, dono da propriedade, foi muito gentil a todo momento e nos indicou uma pessoa que nos ajudou no dia a dia e que cozinha muito bem. Já queremos voltar!

Bom mas não vale o que se pede
O Proprietario sempre muito cordial e atencioso, o imóvel em uma boa estrutura mas bem abandonada, piscina menor com azulejos quebrados, quartos bem sujos e com cheiro de mofo pra alérgicos um veneno, utensílios velhos e enferrujados, Wi-Fi só pega dentro da caaa principal, quadros de luz sem Protecao, geladeira e equipamentos que não funcionam.
Péssimo custo benefício
