就沒見過這麼差的旅館，還2千多的價格，瘋了。還自助入住的，洗手間看吐了，一家人直接都不敢洗澡，穿着衣服將就一晚，一號公路上破旅館都貴的要死！大家避坑

We stayed here 4 years ago and the facility is in the same great condition as it was back then. The check in kiosk was a great addition, but the audio of the assisting person was hard to understand. That could improve. Thanks for another great stay!

My stay here was a comedy of errors. First, our pet-friendly room was heavily sprayed with a perfume scented room deodorizer. The front desk clerk said that the rooms are sprayed with a 'strong chemical' but was unwilling to find us a different room that hadn't been sprayed yet. She said she wasn't going to go around to each room and smell them. When I told her that we would have to check out she said, "You do what you have to do - you know your body the best". Cancelling our reservation was super frustrating. First of all, upon check in, you use a kiosk - almost like an ATM machine. A very nice and professional 'virtual person' appeared and went through the check in process with me. I asked if she were in the building and she said no. I asked if she were in another country and she said she wasn't allowed to say. Regardless, I continued the process, scanned my ID, paid with my CC and out popped two key cards for our room. Honestly, at first, this process really bothered me because I think it's important to be greeted by a "real person" when checking into a hotel. Trying to cancel my reservation was a nightmare. The nasty clerk told me that there was no manager on duty and that I would have to call the hotel in 2-3 hours to talk to a manager who would decide if I would be charged for the first night. She also said that she documented in the computer that she went to the room along with other staff and noted that there is no smell in the room. Errrr! I asked for a print out of the bill that showed that I checked out on the same day. She printed me a receipt that showed that I checked in on Friday and out on Sunday. I asked her to cross out the check out date and to put the correct check out and initial. She said that she is just he front desk clerk and that she will not initial anything. Completely furious, I left and instead of waiting to the 2-3 hours to call the manager (who was probably in a different country) I immediately called and was directed, once again to a very nice person (sounded like the same virtual lady who checked me in). I explained my situation, including the rudeness of the clerk, and was told to call back in 2-3 hours. Errrr! Within a few hours, I received a call from, guess who... the grumpy front desk clerk. She was incredibly professional and told me that I would not be charged for cancelling my reservation. Needless to say, I am grateful for not being charged, but the whole experience caused a lot of stress and drama to the start of a relaxing vacay at the coast. My views have changed... I would rather deal with a "nice virtual human" during check in than a nasty front desk clerk any day!

Hotel was a great location for visiting the Redwoods and Crescent City had plenty for us for eating and snacks. Room was clean and just fine. Strangest thing was checking into a kiosk that had a live person somewhere else. Breakfast is a convenient grab of granola bars and packaged muffins.

This hotel did not at all match previous reviews I saw! This is a run-of-the-mill, roadside budget motel gussied up with the tile of" Inn" and overpriced. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for even an average stay. It was clean and the room was large, although on the 2nd floor and only one chair. No elevator. The check-in was the creepiest I have ever experienced. Walked into a bare lobby with a desk behind glass. No one there, just a creepy AI kiosk for check in! Breakfast was joke! Prepackaged muffinsf and granola bars and bananas. Look elsewhere in Crescent City.

Fantastic location, close to Redwood Forest and awesome beach—steps away. Right on Highway 101. Excellent and friendly staff. The remote kiosk was new to me but worked. Room catches great breeze. We reserved for two nights but added another. The ocean view rooms are indeed an incredible view. Pricey but everything seems to be in California! Some folks might be disappointed with grab and go breakfast but that wasn’t important to us.

Very modern, clean and spacious room close to the beach and several seafood restaurants in a no frills hotel. Check in process with an online assistant was a new and interesting experience. Breakfast was very simple grab and go, with not much variety

My wife and I (retired professionals) were concerned by the tired 1950’s exterior, and the check in was done remotely through a kiosk machine, with a young lady on a zoom screen. (It was prompt and efficient and normal room cards were generated through the kiosk.) We were very pleasantly surprised by the room. It had been nicely remodeled and was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We would stay there again if needed, since no Holiday Inn Express or Comfort Inn type properties are in the area.

I've been ripped off. Room was 2 star but overpriced. Booked 3 nights, found out later it was non-refundable (not obvious TripA). Then my wife gets sick first night, I go to desk at 8am, but robo-agent there tells me I will be charged 2 nights as it is past 24hr time for tonight!
