Our five-day stay at this property was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of the entire team. Aditya, the front desk manager, ensured a seamless booking experience from the very start. Miss Yoganda, the housekeeping supervisor, meticulously maintained our room, ensuring every detail was perfect. At the Sea Shell restaurant, Mr. Jesus, Mr. Judas, Francisco, Francis, Sundar, Aryan, ***** with Chef Ramalingam and Kripa Shankar, delivered impeccable service, making every meal a delight. Their dedication and warmth made our stay truly memorable.

We stayed for 3 nights as part of a trip ***** the coast of Goa. We booked directly with the hotel, paid on arrival. When we arrived, a wedding was taking place, the entrance was all decorated and had drummers and singers outside! Check-in was very efficient, if noisy, due to lots of people arriving for the wedding. We were taken to our room in a buggy. The room, unbeknown to us, was a duplex, so living area and bathroom on ground floor, bedroom, bathroom and balcony on 1st floor. I'm not keen on stairs but it was ok. We were in 546, and it is the first room at the entrance to the complex and overlooks the main hotel entrance. This is also where the staff park their scooters and where all vehicles enter and leave the complex. At times, it was quite noisy; especially when staff finished work at 1am and arrived for work at 4am! The room was perfectly fine for our 3 nights. It did need nets at the windows as given its location, you had to keep the curtains closed all the time for privacy. The upstairs bathroom also needed a blind at the window or on the glass door to keep the early mor light out! The fridges were excellent as was the AC's and showers and the bed was very comfortable! I think we were given 6 litres of water every day by housekeeping! There are 2 pools, we only used the one near our room, it was lovely! Clean and a nice temperature. Access was a challenge as there was only 1 set of steps, and these were quite deep, I had to sit on the side of the pool and slide in, not ideal. The hotel grounds are lovely, and on the whole, the Nanu complex looks very nice. I imagine some villas are rented via the likes of Air b&b. We had a drink one night in the bar, mostly to enjoy the wedding, service was friendly and prices as expected from a hotel. We had breakfast once, and it was excellent. Egg chef, dosa chef, fruits, cereals, and lots of really tasty Indian foods. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. We also had a massage in the spa. It wasn't the best. To be honest, I wouldn't go back to the Spa.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! NOT A FAMILY RESORT !!! We chose this hotel in south goa for our family vacation looking at high ratings and reviews online but looks like we were extremely wrong. We went there for Christmas holidays and had booked via my bank's credit card rewards portal. Our trouble began even before we checked in. The hotel said that we should pay extra money for some mandatory event for Christmas we never signed up for. It was nowhere mentioned on the site from which I booked about this event and I even showed it to the staff. But, the staff kept claiming on many websites it was mentioned. So, do these ******* freaks expect customers to check 100 travel websites and do the booking? They have a clown hired as a manager named "Ranjan". This money hungry monster did not allow us to check in and behaved in an extremely rude, uncooperative manner. His attitude was as if he owns the place. I was travelling with a toddler and asked him to give the room immediately as my toddler was suffering due to heat but this monster did not help but ensured that his junior staff who was about to let me check in doesn't do so and BLOCKED my check because of their "mandatory event". Finally, I gave up and paid the money. I asked the clown to give the room immediately but he delayed it deliberately showing his " MANAGERIAL POWER". It didn't end there. I clearly asked them again and again if this is a non-smoking resort as we have a toddler with us and they confirmed and reconfirmed multiple times. But, after checking in, we realized that it was a lie to get money out of our pockets. Another guest staying in the cottage above us was smoking openly. We could not open the windows or doors at any point of time due to the same. In fact, it was so bad that the smoke from his room was entering our room via our AC as the outdoor AC units were placed next to each other. We could not even use the AC properly as our room was getting filled with the smoke and our toddler was coughing constantly due to that. Complained to the staff multiple times who once again did NOTHING about it and the cigarette smoke kept coming filling our room. On the day of Christmas, I was told that the said "mandatory" event will be 7 PM onwards, there will be food and drinks etc. for adults as well as kids. My toddler usually sleeps by 7 PM daily per his schedule. I had no interest of attending the event but since we were made to pay for the same by the clown Ranjan, we decided to go and have some quick food at least. But, to our surprise, there was NOTHING available to eat even at 8 PM. They delayed, delayed and delayed things. My toddler became restless as he was hungry and sleepy. I asked the staff 4-5 times to at least get us one or two items in a separate plate for our toddler but they simply ignored and asked us to wait. Had to feed him unhealthy chips and plain water for an hour. Only thing they served complimentary was food and soft drinks. To make the matters worse, they decid

We recently stayed at Nanu Beach Resort and had a wonderful experience. The hotel stay was comfortable and the staff was pleasant and friendly. House keeping by Acton, Sidu and Krishna was spot on. I do recommend for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Just spent two weeks at this lovely resort , very close to the beach, in beautiful lush green surroundings. The service from all the staff has been second to none , with particular mentions of Sundar. Also Pratik, Aryan, Jostle, Walsh , Abigail, Cyrus and manager Judas who very kindly lent us a walking stick when my husband forgot his , and moved us to a garden room . Rooms well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, air con and safe. Breakfast varied and restaurant well priced and good We’ve had a lovely relaxing week and feel we’ve made lots of new friends , hope to return sometime in the future It was my birthday while we were there and we were surprised with a lovely çak on the day , a lovely touch
