Hotel doesn’t have parking. Service is awful. No breakfast only snacks.

Lobby is small and nothing special, and parking is problematic, with a few tight spaces most drivers have to back into. If they run out spaces, you have park in a nearby public lot. But the rooms themselves are excellent, clean and well-furnished, and it's located a short walk from some of the city's best restaurants, so overall this is a terrific bargain in the heart of downtown Bethesda.

This place was disgusting (see attached pictures)! Dirty rugs, run down room, keys that never worked (at least 13X). Tried to get my money back to go to another place and Trip.com would only request a different room., we had 3! Everyone was complaining . Trip.com should be ashamed to represent this place! YUK!

I like this hotel - mostly cus it’s a diamond in the rough - it’s pretty affordable considering Especially due to its convenient location and bonus free parking (note as long as you get there more than likely early enough - for me I was always able to get a spot But I have a tiny car and woudl come in by 8pm or so each night I stayed - I did notice the spots were all taken when I’d leave early a.m) The rooms are not fancy and there’s a decent amount of noise through walls etc) - but for a working bachelor like me that’s always looking to live on a budget - the hotel is a sweet spot for me. It’s only 1 mile from work and I can get for around $75 a night all included - which beats out other little issues I’ve noticed. Oh and I find the beds to be quite comfortable

While the location and price can't be beat, there are definite reasons for the low price. The tub faucet leaked constantly (no noise, fortunately), no full-length mirror, no hot water in the sink (I didn't even try the tub), TV didn't work (batteries needed in the remote) and all of the furnishings, curtains, and carpets were well-worn and tired. Compliments on the clean bedding and towels, pretty comfortable bed, and numbers of outlets for devices and electricals. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Conveniently located to many restaurants, CVS, Trader Joe's, public transportation.

A friend and myself did a fun trip to Washington DC. Due to hotel costs, we decided to stay outside of Downtown DC and looked for a hotel that was in a decent area but also close to the subway. This motel was about half a mile from the Red line DC metro so it was great in terms of that. The hotel had limited parking, although we did not bring a car it looks like the hotel shares it parking lot with a restaurant next door. One benefit to our stay was we had called ahead and asked our dropping off our luggage early in the morning so that we could go sightseeing. The hotel held our bags for no additional fee ( we were given the option for a $50 early check in fee). Another plus was the “free breakfast”. We originally thought it was a sit down reayutrant (since the Mexican restaurant is connected to the hotel , but it was a bag style breakfast to take back to your room or on the go. It included a piece of fruit, a muffin, a yogurt, a mini water bottle, and a juice. For a bag breakfast, it was pretty decent and we did get it 3 days of our trip. You did have to go to the ask the front desk for the breakfast. For the room, the motto is you get what you pay for. The room was “okay” but it seemed like it was under looked in terms of cleaning. There were hooks missing from the curtains, you were unable to fully close the curtains. There were stains on them. Additionally, the air conditioning unit had a layer of dust and we found out after the fact it was controlled by a controller on the wall but it did little to cool down the room. The bathroom was very gross. There were cobwebs in the corners, the towel racks were off the wall and you could clearly see that there was supposed to be one there. The bathroom was on the smaller side, and the hair dryer was covered in dust. If you are just looking for a bed, this place is great. I you want the amenities of a vacation and a cleaner room I would not recommend. Additionally, the pool was not open. It was closed for repairs but I have seen other reviews so I question if the pool is ever open. The phone in the room was missing almost all of the buttons which made it hard to use. There is a security personnel but every-time we walked by, there had headphones in and was watching something on their phone.

This hotel was fairly clean but VERY worn. Nothing really wrong. Breakfast was in a bag. The Mexican restaurant attached, Guapo's, was excellent. 1/2 mile from the metro, very walkable. Parking on site is VERY limited (only a dozen or so spaces for $20/day) There is a public parking garage nearby.

I made reservations with this hotel in July 2022 and was very disgusted with the filth and uncleanliness of the room. There was black mold and hair in the shower, hair and filth on the bed, hair in the refrigerator, stains all over the carpet and the vent in the bathroom was completely covered in filth! I went down to the front desk to inform the clerk the room was not acceptable and he told me he didn’t have any other rooms. I told him the room was disgusting. He went up to the room so I could show him everything I found to be unacceptable due to the uncleanliness. He then offered to move us to another room ( he had already told me he didn’t have another room, but now all of a sudden he does?) I asked if it was going to be any cleaner than this one and his response was “ I don’t know”. I highly recommend not staying here. Also, the parking is nearly impossible to get into. The pictures you see on the website have to be when the hotel was first built, because it looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Again, I highly recommend not staying at this hotel!!!! It is absolutely disgusting and FILTHY!!!!!!
