I had the pleasure of staying one night at Dar Sitti Aziza, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Nabil, whose hospitality instantly made me feel like family. The attention to detail in preserving the heritage of the home is extraordinary — you can feel the soul of the place in every stone, arch, and antique piece. My room was cozy, beautifully restored, and thoughtfully designed with traditional touches. It struck a perfect balance between historic charm and modern comfort. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square, making it easy to explore Bethlehem's old city on foot. The real highlight for me was the breakfast. It wasn’t just a meal — it was an experience. Homemade, fresh, and deeply rooted in Palestinian flavors, it was served with such care that it felt like I was dining in someone's family kitchen. What made it even more special was that Nabil took photos of us during breakfast — a lovely gesture to help us remember the moment. It was such a warm, thoughtful touch that truly made our morning memorable. And just when I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, Nabil surprised us with a small gift at checkout — a token of appreciation that perfectly captured the spirit of generosity and hospitality that defines Dar Sitti Aziza. Even though I was only there for one night, it felt like so much more. I left with a full heart, new memories, and a deep appreciation for the history and warmth that this place represents. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, intimate, and meaningful stay in Bethlehem.

The crown of hotels in Betlehem Beautiful hotel and Nabil is a wonderful host! The breakfast is fantastic, and the homemade jams is mind blowing. I really recommend this hotel when you are i Betlehem.

Dar Sitti Aziza is a very beautiful and special place. Nabil is a truly kind and generous man who looks after his guests as family. My stay there was a memorable experience and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Bethlehem and the West Bank.

Amazing hotel and experience walking distance from Churche and market Beautiful hotel old texture , the rooms are very comfortable great service Historic hotel with a beautiful story ( ask the owner about the hotel story) and don’t miss the breakfast

Simply an incredible experience staying here! Nabil is such a great host and gentleman. We enjoyed spending time with him and learning about the history of his family home. From being very accommodating to our schedule, to the amazing breakfast he prepared featuring his mother's secret recipe for eggs, to driving us around to see original Banksy art, and treating us as friends instead of customers... we cannot say enough great things about our experience! We will be back!!
