There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was missing. The towel rod was missing and one rod holder was ripped off the wall. The lightbulb in the shower room burned out or for some other reason shut off while I was showering. There were dark marks on the pillow that I later googled and look like bedbug droppings. The carpet was dirty, the grossest stain was the white stain, but there were several colors of stain. The tub was slimy on the bottom, covered in a slimy film. The window opened fully but did not have a screen in it. The breakfast buffet was not available in the time frame it was supposed to be open (we left around 6:15). I would not stay here again, I regret staying here.

We chose this hotel due to the low cost and location, however, you get what you pay for. The best part of this stay is that the bed was comfortable and we were allowed to check in an hour early, check in person was very kind. Otherwise, the entire facility was dirty, including the coffee pot in our room. I don’t expect much and can accept peeling wallpaper, and a hole in the wall, but stains on the bed covering and pillows - Unacceptable! The continental breakfast is free for a reason. The coffee was horrible, the waffle maker and batter dispenser were both broken, the bread was stale. Don’t advertise a free continental breakfast when they’re really isn’t food offered. When these concerns were presented to the staff, they became defensive. We will not stay there again and don’t recommend for others to stay there. I’m surprised that the Wyndam Ramada brand allows them to continue running this facility as it is.

Checked in late afternoon on a Friday. The place was empty. I usually expect a Ramada to be on the better side, but this place didn't meet the cut. Mini-fridge was so noisy that I unplugged it so I could sleep. Toilet screamed for 5 minutes after being flushed with no way to stop it. Unfriendly worker at check-in. Also unsavory, tattooed people hanging around the exit doors which I had to walk past while bringing in my items. Not a good experience - especially for a Ramada. Do NOT recommend.

Never again. Broken items, rude staff, bullet holes in window, terrible laundry amenities and policy, and no regard for concern.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! We had to find a hotel close to the Mercedes dealership and came across this place. We called about the rates and they were DRASTICALLY different than online so we tried to book online but were not able to put that we had a pet. The person working on 9/13 is SO RUDE! When we called back to ask about booking online to ensure we paid the pet fee she got extremely rude then said she had another customer. I hop management sees this and lets her go! No wonder the parking lot was completely empty when we drove by. Do NOT stay here! Go up the road and stay someone with someone who actually enjoys their job because this place clearly lacks communication and customer service. TERRIBLE experience!!!

Huge stains on the sheets, bedbugs in the beds, literal blood on the doorframe! Both restrooms were out of order, no carts to carry luggage (only one there was out of order), pool out of order, this hotel needs to be put out of order. I can't imagine the stuff I didn't see.

The entire hotel was a disaster. Not clean, non-working items, and hotel staff accused my brother of stealing towels because he asked for more due to using the room towels to soak up water from the shower problem. Do not stay here!!
