Jeanette and Steve have created a wonderful B&B experience. Their attention to detail and the small things that matter, combined with being so welcoming, made for a very enjoyable stay. Cosy rooms, fab showers, great breakfasts, and good parking Don't be put off by this being just a little further out of town - it's worth it.

Well , this was our 3rd time staying here . Jeanette and Steve as welcoming , friendly and helpful as always . We hadn’t been for a few years but seemed like we had never been away . Lovely , spotlessly clean , great breakfast , what more could you ask for ! It is definately our go to place . Hopefully see you again soon Jeanette and Steve !

Booked this B&B for myself & my wife in July & contacted them 3 days before to due to go to explain my wife’s father had been killed in a car accident & the trauma me and my wife and family were going through & that my wife had to travel home to Thailand for funeral but we didn’t have enough for the trip if we couldn’t be refunded our money nearly £400 as this was exceptional circumstances and good reason. We were told to go online asap to cancel so they could maybe get another booking so I did this straight away, yet they kept our money when they received from the booking agent and had no sympathy or decency to refund our money as we did all we could our end to let them know asap and did what they requested. Even though this is a business this was exceptional circumstances and it just shows a reflection on the people running this B£B when they knew how much more trauma this action was to cause us and if this was on the other foot I would easily understand this what would not be a regular occurrence in bookings. Lack of symphony business or not and not to even refund some of the money, I’m a reasonable person but let’s just hope they don’t go through something similar in there lives soon and then they will understand there inconsiderate and heartless nature. Lovely B&B – a real find! Extremely clean and well decorated, the rooms offered everything needed with lots of thought given to make for a comfortable stay. Jeanette & Steve are wonderful hosts – welcoming and helpful. We were heading out early – with no expectations of breakfast – so the “grab & go” breakfast left in the fridge for us to collect was an added bonus – kept us going all day! Looking forward to returning.

This is our second stay in this fantastic B & B . Everything about this place is sheer perfection, rooms ,beds, food and comfort. 11 OUT 10. Jeanette and Steve are the perfect hosts, can't wait to go back next year. That's without the surroundings.

Lovely stay - comfortable room, good shower. Bed was nice. Breakfast was excellent - lots of options. Enjoyed the walk into Betws along the river, which can be accessed across the road from Oakfield House. Jeanette made it feel like a home from home - will return for sure.
