My stay was very pleasant. The staff at reception was helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was just fine!

Lovely friendly staff. Clean room. 10 minute walk from the train station. Close to a pub, coffee shop and supermarket. Breakfast pack is good, but shame there is no option to have a hot breakfast, but I think that is reflected in the price (the pub doesn't open till 11am & there's no restaurant facility on site).

I had an amazing time!!! From the start the lovely manager Diane made me feel looked after. Travelling solo, staying by myself is sometimes difficult but the staff were super. They gave me a great room as I told them I get up at dawn for long walks. I was in awe with the view of the sunrise; it was breathtaking.

Please install vents in your bathrooms, anyone doing number two stinks the room out! Th windows does not open wide enough either. Only there over night but bathroom business made breathing unbearable!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Diane at the London Belvedere Travelodge was an example of what kindness, patience and empathy should look like. She was also professional, helpful and present with all the guests I saw her interact with. You have a great employee on your hands.

Travelodge should promote only the amenities they offer, rather than listing features that are not available. I felt misled by the booking experience. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed there was no air conditioning and that we would need to use a fan instead—something that was not mentioned on the website. I felt that my time and money were wasted, especially as I experienced back pain throughout my stay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at Travelodge to anyone.

Very great stay i definitely recommend the place i will be visiting in the next few months. Wanna say thank you to all the staff ❤️ the place is very quiet and I really like quietness.I came back home but still thinking of the beautiful place.nest trip will be with my family I know for sure they will really like the place so am looking forward to be back again not only one time but as many as possible .you people make my stay a very special memory which will stay with me forever thank you once again bless

The airconditioning wasn’t working on a very hot day. The room temperature was 30 degrees C. The window could only open very slightly. They offered me a 20% voucher for the next stay, but clearly, I will never come back to this terrible hotel. They should have given me a 50% discount on thís stay. They clearly did not offer what they promised (a pleasant room). It was a terrible experience and I like to warn everyone to not go to this hotel.
