best stay ever!! beds were comfy and clean, had a good night sleep with no noise. staff were extremely friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to especially Nisha. chef Steven was amazing he made hot food breakfast so delicious and perfectly cooked basically licked my plate my family member also said the same. would definitely recommend this to other friends and family and would make a return.

We stay at this hotel a few times a year (when visiting family). The checking in experience was seamless, Peter on reception was informative and helped with local knowledge. The room was clean, smelt fresh and the bed was comfortable. Value for money and an overall good stay.

Peter in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful and I had the best breakfast I have ever had in a premier inn from chef Steve. The breakfast was cooked to order and so hot. Just perfect thank you. A great start to a busy day. I couldn't have asked for a better breakfast

The pillows are the fluffiest your right and gave us the right amount of towels and pillows so thank you 🙏🏽 jo & Nisha at reception was amazing so accommodating very helpful did there job and more for us (excelled) as a family my children and I was very greatfull for there help with the kids which was lovely so thanks to them please massively because it’s never easy at times as a single parent and kids to accommodate and entertain while I need to do grown up things like ordering food and paying etc.. so they really played a big part in that so please give a massive pat on the back because helping with other peoples children isn’t easy at all you just don’t know where you stand but they were incredible

Josephine was very informative and happy to help when I arrived. Excellent customer service. She is a great asset to the company. She was very helpful and informative as I wasn’t from around this area, and she suggested the restaurant attached was sublime, and she was telling the truth

On arrival no staff in sight - both check in machines out of order. Had to wait ages for a member of staff in the restaurant to even appear just to check in. Then overnight after a fire alarm sounded - we all stood outside the Bexleyheath hotel at 2am with half the hotel guests in the freezing cold for 45 minutes and the two clueless receptionists had zero idea what to do. No communication; no fire wardens; no instructions of where to go or what to do. Near riot with angry confused customers. Noone said anythibg to us anf after freezing ourselves outsise the hotel we guessed of course it was false and came back to our rooms. Hopefully it is false. The staff necer said a word. At best imcompetent. At worst down right dangerous

A* stay. Room clean and comfortable Shower was good power and hot. Bed was delightful and slept like a queen. Breakfast was hot and everything available Jo at breakfast was amazing, attentive and polite. Snacks available at vending machine

Went for breakfast this morning and was great! Lots of selection available and eggs cooked to order. Great service from all the team especially Jo, always smiling and helpful - Credit to the business All do a great job!! Would recommend as local so easy to get to

First class service from all the staff. Jo. Nisha.and Sylvia there was nothing that was to much for them to do. We had a wonderful time we have stayed at the premier inn bexleyheath more then 5 times now. and will do again in the summer. ########
