Premier Inn London Bexleyheath

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble as we needed more pillows and i kept putting my key card next to my airpods and it kept deactivating the card (my own fault) Food was good in restaurant. Thank you for a lovely stay. Special shout out to Samawiya.

On arrival we were greeted by Samauiya, who was helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The information Samauiya provided on check enhanced our experience. The hotel (as a whole) was clean and tidy. Our room was also clean and smelt fresh. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

They need to deep clean the entire hotel. It’s stinks of smoke in and out of the rooms without being able to open the window at all. No staff on front desk and certain food options unavailable at the restaurant. I’ll never be coming back here. We barely slept, the smell was so bad. We still felt dirty after showering.

Rooms are looking tired. Second time I’ve visited this hotel, both times and both rooms could do with a splash of paint. The view was terrible but can understand this can sometimes be unavoidable but and this is where I say but , what saved the day was the member of staff called Katrina , she couldn’t do enough for us. I was staying there with friends as I was getting married the next day and she was very helpful and even gave us a complimentary drink so fair play to her. If she reads this post thanks Katrina for the use of your phone charger and making our stay welcoming. 🤵🏻👰‍♂️🥳👍🏻

Wouldn’t stay here again! Froze my nuts off! Would have been warmer in the carpark with the rough sleepers next to my 27k Mercedes! Not impressed at all! Night staff disappears and the heating don’t work! 7 letter words got said often! Great place for a date, if your an Eskimo!

Great experience, needed to check-in early and I was delighted that Peter was able to accommodate my needs promptly. From the moment I arrived, the entire process was handled with professionalism and care, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. Our stay was trouble free and the room was clean. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Sobia is a lovely at the reciption , helpful. Well, I’m glad to be here for tonight . In the main time she is helping me to get the best available room to have a rest . It would be my recommended to anyone. Sobia is a one of the wonderful staff . …………..

Staff at this particular hotel are very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The manager Samawiya was very good it was refreshing to witness a young person enjoy their role.. I have no complaints whatsoever a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The Receptionist allowed us early check in and it was a good service. This allowed me and my wife to settle in and relax instead of waiting for our check in time. Very convenient service. It is in a perfect location too, the parking is cheap for a whole day which is underground and I will definitely stay here again.
