Very welcoming entrance greeted by Jo who explained everything i need to know about my room and the bar. Very clean room with lovely fluffy pillows and good sized bath. Restaurant food was lovely good portions and comfy seating and good lighting. Quick service and fresh food.

I was checked in by the lovely Jo. She made me feel very welcome and put a smile on my face. Ensuring I had everything I needed, Jo went beyond expectations to make me feel important as a guest. Thank you for the kind and warm welcome. The room itself was very clean and well equipped. I have always enjoyed my stays here

Hi can not believe how bad the room is. No opening window so room smells stale as air-conditioning doesn't work without key in electrics which you only get 1 key. Only towels for one person when booking was for 2 people. One chair so know where to sit. Lack of hot water in the morning. Hall way door banging through night. All reported to reception. Offered to move us but we will not be staying for the second night. We come back to you hoping previous problems have been resolved but nothing changes. We are not the only guest to complain today 14/05/2025.

Everything we needed lovely clean hotel with lovely staff especially Fahad. Breakfast was a good selection for us and our 18 month old toddler. Beds were very comfortable and the cot was a good size too. Central location to Bexleyhealth and central London.

Lovely welcome by Josephine, who was not only cheerful but very helpful too. Hotel very convenient for town centre and close to major routes too. Rooms comfortable and clean, but must be due a referb soon! Restaurant and bar attached which was quite good. Parking on site nothing to do with hotel and run by NCP, not bad though £6.95 for 24 hours.

Greeted by Jo on arrival, very bubbly and cheerful Jo checked me in swiftly. Room clean and tidy no issues with my stay. No issues with the cleaness of hotel good standards across the board. Can't comment on food as I had early start, so I missed breakfast.

Jo on reception is awesome. Really friendly and really helpful. Nothing is to much for her. Even when I had an issue she went above and beyond to get it all sorted for me. She is a credit to the premier inn. The hotel it self is in a great location just a short walk away is pretty much anything you will want or need

I stayed for a few nights, everything was as it should be and got some very comfortable sleeps which was important to me as I was doing the marathon. The staff were very accommodating and personable. In particular Peter who showed a real interest in my trip and the quality of my stay.

Had a lovely stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Jo, who handled everything with such warmth and friendliness, she really made us feel welcome. She accepted my request regarding the AC and made it much easie. Would definitely come back!
