despite of pre booked meals in package much delay noted, although food quality rooms are ok.suggest for better coordination between restaurant and reception so to have seamless experience for guests

located hotel through MMT. food was good. Room was also good but the one more fan is required above the bed. existing location is not proper.

Very worst experience, pathetic room they provide very bad quality room for online bookings lights were not working properly and room service was also bad we have to call 5 time for the room service and they don’t the rooms as they mentioned in images.

Room booked by make my trip is not at all good. Very small economical room booked with 20 inch sq pillar in room with no approach to poor mattress bed. Such beautiful standard and executive rooms are available and in past we used to stay frequently. It seems make my trips are not booking goods rooms reservation.

Reading lights not working, yea making heater not working, room light switches are not approachable without laying on bed, a big column of building pass through room occupying major available space and floor area inside room
