The hotel said if they could not accommodate me because they did not have a Room for me. But when I had booked a new hotel for us and reported to trip.com agent suddenly the hotel said if they could accommodate us. Really stupid thing !! And they cheated us!! They didn't even refund my money, and they suddenly couldn't be reached during the cancellation process.
I ask you to give me back my one. Because even the previous agent has confirmed and said if you are the one who experienced the miscommunication and misunderstanding but I bear the loss This !!
Really Scam !!

Our stay was a memorable one, was like second home. Really appreciate the hospitality of the entire staff from the manager to the helping staff they all were quite helpful. Scenic beauty from the balcony is just like a treat for eyes! an extra star for hygienic and yummy food straight from the kitchen! one can genuinely have the feel of the paradise from the moonlight stays and above all within your budget.

Hotel stay was awesome view from hotel was fantastic best lake view. Room service is good. Food was tasty yummy. Overall staff is very nice and polite and they make sure you have an comfortable stay. Close to many points of bhimtal attraction

The below mentioned things were not there at the hotel room and charged hefty amount for this basic room. Shoe Shine, 24-hour Housekeeping, Smoking Room, Dental Kit, Glasses, Air Purifier, Sewing Kit, Shaving Mirror, Toiletries, Hairdryer, Geyser/ Water Heater, Sanitizers, Slippers.

Hotel owner couldn't rectify the bad odour coming from toilets. Room had good view of lake. But balcony was shared between many rooms.

One of the most comfortable stays in uttarakhand till now with a very well maintained property, cleanliness 100% maintained, staff is very kind and helpful. Would definitely like to visit again. Recommended ton every family. And couples.

There is such a amazing experience. The resort is near bhimtal lake so you can do boating and some other water activities. The vibe is fabulous and refreshing because it's surrounded by nature. The food quality is really good. You can also celebrate your special occasion with such a good arrange. There are other activities near the resort, so you can enjoy there with your family and friends. The staff is really good and manageable. Highly recommend such a amazingly wonderful experience.
