I recently stayed at sang-at plaza for the second time and had a mixed experience. While there were some positives, there were also several areas that could be improved. Positives:staff support: the staff at sang-at plaza were very supportive, especially when i raised concerns about the initially assigned room. They promptly addressed the issue and even accommodated my request for a room change. Late check-out: despite some initial hiccups, the hotel staff were flexible and allowed me to have a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. Areas for improvement:limited breakfast options: one major downside was the limited breakfast options available. As a guest, i expected a wider variety of choices to start my day off right. Pest control: the need for pest control was evident during my stay, which was disappointing and concerning for overall hygiene standards. Toiletries issue: although toiletries were listed during the booking process, they were not placed in the room upon arrival. It was only after requesting them that they were provided, which was inconvenient. Weird questions during check-in: the staff asked some unusual questions during the check-in process, which seemed unnecessary and slightly off-putting. While i understand the need for information, these questions could have been phrased in a better way to avoid any discomfort. Overall, despite being a returning guest, my experience at sang-at plaza initially left me let down. However, the supportive staff and flexibility regarding check-out time were appreciated. Nevertheless, improvements in breakfast options, pest control, and staff communication are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience.
