From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that made us feel welcome and valued. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was the reception staff, housekeeping team, or the concierge, everyone displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and warmth. The restaurant staff deserve a special mention for their outstanding service. They were attentive, polite, and eager to cater to our needs, ensuring that every meal was a delightful experience. The attention to detail in the restaurant, from the beautifully presented dishes to the prompt service, was truly commendable. The chefs did an excellent job of curating a menu that was diverse and flavorful, offering something for every palate

15-day stay was exceptional; the hotel provided comfortable accommodations and ample leisure space. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff Ribti n Shivam/soni were exemplary.

I Am Deepak, were staying in fern hotel bhopal for almost 25 days, and it was a great experience. Their services and their staff is very good. I have meet one staff in resturant Ms. Ribti kumari, she is amazing, always help and assist me while having food in resturant. Thanks to all staff for making my stay relaxing and enjoyable.

All over pleasant experience. All staffs are well behaved specially Ms. Ribti in the cafe area.She is friendly and well behaved.Winter Rooms are specially luxurious and comfortable.What I understand it is specialised for its healthy breakfast.

Great service... I got upgraded to a suite and it was a wonderful experience. Also, Ribita at the restaurant was very kind with her hospitality and service. Appreciate the way the entire check in process too was very smooth, because of which I generally prefer to stay in the Fern properties across. But I feel that instead of me sharing my documents each time I check in, there should be a centralized mechanism, where the system automatically captures my data with my name and date of birth.

Great experience with the meals and Ribti from the kitchen staff helped me a lot to get my meals customised to the mild spice level. Also Asha from housekeeping was impeccable with her work. Breakfast and dinners were amazing to taste, i liked mildly spicy food and they obliged to my concerns in a welcoming way.
