15-day stay was exceptional; the hotel provided comfortable accommodations and ample leisure space. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff Ribti n Shivam/soni were exemplary.

I Am Deepak, were staying in fern hotel bhopal for almost 25 days, and it was a great experience. Their services and their staff is very good. I have meet one staff in resturant Ms. Ribti kumari, she is amazing, always help and assist me while having food in resturant. Thanks to all staff for making my stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Exellent hotel. Rooms are fanatstic. staff very helpful friendly. Highly recommended it staff was good food was too good thanks tooo alll stafff they assisted us with warm welcoming the food tests of the food was too good highly recommended

All over pleasant experience. All staffs are well behaved specially Ms. Ribti in the cafe area.She is friendly and well behaved.Winter Rooms are specially luxurious and comfortable.What I understand it is specialised for its healthy breakfast.

All the service are very good here. Foods are so delicious. Even staff’s are very kind and polite specially Ribti she did her service very well , I really appreciate her behaviour and all the staff and hotel service made my stay smooth and memorable.

Today I had a very disappointing experience at The Fern Residency. As a pure vegetarian, I was horrified to receive a chicken sandwich instead of the veggie sandwich I ordered. After a long day at work and feeling famished, I reluctantly ate it, not knowing how careless the service was. I approached the head chef to express my concerns, and he introduced me to Mr. Sudhesh, the head of room service and the restaurant. He assured me that strict action would be taken against the staff responsible and promised that the individual would be fired. I appreciated his response and am hopeful that this issue will be addressed by the time I return after the Diwali holidays. I urge the management to take this matter seriously. Trust is essential in hospitality, and I expect them to uphold their commitment. If no action is taken, I doubt I will consider staying here again.

Very good rooms and cleaning and eat all persons Very good. Staff were very Friendly and polite. Special thanks to miss Shilpa she was very well mannered, cordial and gracious she took take care of all the concern. Food was delicious . I want to visit the hotel over again.
