As soon as we entered slightly exhausted from our journey; refreshing smiles greeted us warmly alongside swift assistance throughout our entire visit—and boy did it make things easier nonstop ahead of schedule planning—all while feeling really special each moment spent here!!

I had such a wonderful stay at this top hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The staff were super friendly and attentive, always offering great service with a smile. My room was cozy and well-decorated too! The amenities were just what I needed to relax after a busy day. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway!

Oh ***, I've got to share about my awesome time in that top hotel! When we pulled up, you could feel the vibes right away - inviting atmosphere galore. And let me tell ya: their hospitality is off-the-charts great! You can tell they genuinely care about every guest's experience there; small details matter so much here which gets noticed quickly by visitors like me.

To begin with, the property is old, but not well maintained for the price you pay. I was upgraded to super deluxe room from a deluxe room which was actually a downgrade for me to be honest. The A/C Didn't not work, the lights in the room were flickering. Then when I talked to the manager of the hotel, asking him to change my room, the again upgraded me to a cabana room, where the same issue was faced. A/C Didn't work, all lights didn't work. They really need to update their picture of the property and do an overhauling of their property since it's almost a decade old.

NIce spacious rooms and clean comfortable beds. However the dust on the furniture and bedside tables and chairs definitely needs a deep clean ! The bathrooms are comfortable. The balcony is open and airy. Food seems to be the highlight of this hotel. The food is lip smacking good. However its not too easy to convey dietary needs to the staff. Mr. Lakshman was very helpful and could relate to my vegan food requirements. Another gentleman (order taking staff) seemed a bit too curt and when asked if at all they could try a vegan dessert flatly said "We make food only in bulk....making something for one person is not possible". He certainly could have conveyed this more politely. All in all, a decent place to stay at Bhuj. Do visit the Prag and Aaina mahal and Smritivan museum. The swaminarayan temple is nice too.

The food was really good and tasty, the service staff where amazing and catered all our needs. Once the food was ordered it was served very quickly with a smile. We where looking for some where to dine out that had good food with nice seroundings,This place did not disappoint us. We will definitely dine here again.
