The Plough Bicester

The staff took my car details when I checked in, to park in the car park advertised but I still received a fine for £100. When I called, they promised to ‘sort it out’ on three occasions. When the time for payment expired, the fine was increased to £170 which I had to pay or face court. When I called to talk to them about this yet again, they hung up!

Comfortable but small room, friendly staff.I was looking forward to dinner and breakfast only to be advised on arrival that the kitchen was closed. Happy to use Uber or just eat, unfortunately not the same as pub grub and a beer. Room petite but clean and very comfortable

Well I called in for a few drinks before going to travelodge the bar was hardly accessible because of seating one female member of staff had not got her hair tied back serving refusing to polish glasses making gestures at a customer also very rude

We Visited the Plough on a busy Sunday lunch, there was prompt and effective service and a beautiful atmosphere. The Food is very good. It's cooked well, and it looks good on the plate and it taste as it should. All in all a very enjoyable experience. Would recommend.

Went for Sunday lunch, what a great experience, two of us had roast beef and one had the burger which was a big offering and well presented, the roast beef was very tasty and cooked to perfection, as was the side of cauliflower cheese, would definitely recommend and will certainly be going back

Stay at the plough on the 10th Jan really good free parking location good 2 min walk to were pubs eg sky sports restaurants The pub is very nice room compacted room5 but very clean .the lady behind the bar was great i needed a kettle from the room she brought one up straight away also breakfast was 8 am but because I ask for 7 30 they did thus fir me thank very much I will stay again

Stopped off after a few hours shopping and wish we hadn't, to be honest. The menu is nothing like their website, quite outdated, to be honest. We had to wait for 1 of the only 2 menus in the restaurant. Took a while for staff to take our drinks order, and they were wrong. ( No pinot wine, ice in the drink) We ordered starters and mains. My son ordered the dirty chips to which he was happy. We ordered bread and olives, and the bread was toasted, to which we've not that before. The mains were 2 beef burgers and Mac & Cheese. The burgers were a mile apart, one cooked OK, the other was dry and burnt on the underneath. Staff were friendly but will not be rushing back.
