Sadly. A mouse appeared in my room! I called the hotel and they changed a room for me. But still quite disappointed and really bad bad experience.
1 STAR FOR THE TERRIBLE SERVICE I had a booking from September 18th to 20th, 2024, at Dong Nai Hotel, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I arrived around 11 a.m. and, understanding that my room was not yet available as someone who works in the hospitality sector, I was initially fine with the wait. However, the service I received was subpar. When I asked the receptionist (the girl name is Nhi) if I could change clothes in a different room, she directed me to the public toilet. Upon arriving at the toilet, I was shocked to see a security guard inside, and the space was cramped and completely unsuitable for changing. I politely requested if any unoccupied room, even if not yet cleaned, could be made available for this purpose, but the receptionist was unhelpful and spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner, which felt more appropriate for a market stall than a hotel. Later, at 4:55 p.m., after returning from my work shift, the service worsened. The male receptionist, who appeared unprofessional, fat body dark skin with big face (no name tag), completed my check-in without providing any basic information about breakfast times, the location of the breakfast area, or any other details I might need. When I inquired, his response was rude, even suggesting I file a complaint on social media if I wished. Considering the price I paid, I expected much better service, including a welcome drink, which was also missing. I sincerely hope these issues are addressed to prevent future guests from experiencing similar problems. Thank you for your attention.
