Quality of service of house keeping, room service was poor
complimentary breakfast was having very limited item
even no complimentary 500 ml was provided, forget about toiletries, no tea maker or tea bags was provided no toilet soap etc was provided

Basic essential like bath soap and other thing not provided. Just given one toilet soap and 2 clinic plus pouch of rs1.

The stay was good, staff was really very supportive and rooms were clean. Service was also good. I liked the stay

Washroom and lenin were not clean. Drinking water was not provided. Tv was non functional.

Stay was average. The lift is not available to go to 2nd floor and complimentary water bottol was not given by the hotel. Hotel staff behavior is good

Stay in the hotel was good. But it should have a lift. I also recommend 2 ac in bigger rooms for better cooling in summers. Food was good especially breakfast. Also the hotel has good connectivity throughout the city. I would recommend this hotel for stay in begusarai.
