Regarding our stay at hotel taj & restaurant, bikaner: before arrival two months ago i over phone contacted with the property reg. Our early arrival & they told us that it no issue, if the room is available then you may check in on that time(i mentioned the time of train's early arrival i. E. At 6am) i asked them reg. Our departure(as our train's departure from bikaner was 12-15p. M, they told us that it is 11a. M. But during our check out at 10a. M. The proprietor demanded extra one night's payment. At that time wanted your interfere. As per conversation made with the property over ph on 26. 10. 24 we arrived at hotel taj at about 7a. M, they allowed me for check in, but on repeated request they haven't changed the bed-sheet & pillow-cover, floor & toilets were dirty, no gizer were functioning(our one member was attacked with sick. We were at bikaner for tour for that day(27. 10. 24) only. So we left the hotel & returned at about 3-45p. M&requested them repeatedly to change the bed-sheet, pillow cover, but done it at 7-40p. M. Lastly during our departure the proprietor behaved very roughly & at chaotic situation we asked your interference. For this as per their behavior they may be given the least scale point.
