Vesta Bikaner Palace

This hotel deserves maximum 1 star. When we arrived here the room smelled like there was a cow living there. The floor was dirty and broken, there is literally a hole in the room. Nobody cleaned the floor or the toilet. The carpet looks disgusting We where shown a different room with the same smell, hole in the floor and level of cleanliness. The shower was black and dirty in that room. In the lobby the couches and chairs are broken and very old. As the hotel was booked out (couldn’t believe why someone would want to stay here) we booked another hotel and left. Also the hotel is very far from the city New update: We were supposed to get the money back and now 3 days later the sales manager is lying and saying that there was no deal! This is very disappointing and this experience is absolutely horrible.

Overall a very nice property , however, the restaurant staff needs lot of improvement and the taste of food is really pathetic. TV not working, water leak issue in toilet. We raised our voice for all these issues, the Hotel GM made our breakfast complementry.

Right from welcome at reception, housekeeping, restaurant, the staff were prompt on toes and always had smile. Mr. Patra at restaurant was always a step ahead in taking care of our need. The room were well maintained. Courtyard maintenance to be taken care.
