I visited Bilaspur for work and stayed here for a few days. My stay was comfortable , the staff is polite and helpful.

Dirty sheets, smoke burn marks on furniture. Cockroach infestation, broken glassware in the room, and urine blood stained mattresses.
I had to check out from this disaster of a stay within ten hours as I couldn’t find another hotel at the middle of the night.

Clean room, washroom that makes my trip comfortable. Second hotel room service attenders are polite and sincere food quality also good. Overall it's beautiful and comfortable hotel to stay.

It was a big disappointment for as it was not upto the standards. Rooms were not that good. Bedsheets were not clean. Bed size and matters size was not matching matters size was small. Housekeeping staff are asking was everything before cleaning. Big disappointment for me i never thought that 3 star will give me this much of disappointment in my stay. The hotel is at the last point of the city, you can find the best hotel at this price in the center of the city
