Worst hotel ever, can not recommend! They lie and steal forgotten things, then the things “all of a sudden turn up” when you let them now that the lying part will be included in the review. Then they don’t want go send the things to another country than Spain! We said we would pay, of course, but nope. The hotels reception is closed 100% of the hours it was supposed to be open, the hotel seriously needs an update and the Street outside is very loud. Can not renommend this hotel after this experience.

Very overpriced and disappointing. We were here for a conference and the price shot up by 9 times the usual daily rate during our 6 night stay and was not value for money. The apartment needs upgrading and is very dated and dingy with only very basic furnishings and supplies. We only had one tiny lamp for our 2 bedroom apartment. There wasn’t enough toilet paper or any basic little supplies like tea/coffee, which is not acceptable when charging €580 per night. The shower is dated and the shower doors do not function efficiently. The washing machine broke and leaked twice which fortunately we were resident at the time and able to contact maintenance otherwise the apartment would flood. The reception desk was non existent and rarely found in the office even though it’s supposed to be manned all day. We repeatedly asked for several days for another key because we only received one in the lock box at the front door when we arrived and we needed two keys for our family as we are on different work schedules and it took 4 days for another key to be given to us. We met many other guests who were at the same conference and they all complained about the over pricing and the low value for money and lack of basic amenities. Kitchen and bathroom need an overhaul, apartment requires completely repainted, and furnishings replaced. Convenient location a few minutes walk from the old town. Building and apartment was clean. Housekeeping and maintenance team very helpful, professional and pleasant.

We stayed in room 301 in July 2022 during the BBK Live festival. The matress of the bed was bad, curved towards the middle. We slept bad for 1 night and then asked for the matress to be replaced. The shower-cabin didn't close and the water in the shower didn't drain away. As the cabin was not properly sealed, the water went over and spilled onto the bathroom floor and into the living room. We mentioned this and they said they knew about the problem. Nobody came to fix it. Rather meager service for 140E/night.

100% recomendable. Nos gustó mucho el piso. Todo muy nuevo y limpio. Hemos tenido un problema con el agua caliente y nos dieron una solución rápida. Aunque está un poco lejos del centro está bien comunicado gracias al metro. Es una buena zona para aparcar ya que encontramos sitio justo enfrente de los apartamentos.

Algo que me ha parecido súper asqueroso, es que no ponen escobilla del wáter, y el inodoro es normal y corriente, le pudo que me suban una y me dicen que no tienen, los apartamentos no están mal, pero les falta un mantenimiento más decente, no tienen ningún mantel para la mesa del salon.

Nos hemos alojado en estos apartamentos para visitar distintos lugares del Pais Vasco, la ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta para ello, puesto que está cerca del acceso a Bilbao. Además, puedes visitar la ciudad dando un paseo sin necesidad de coger transporte si no se desea. El problema ha venido cuando entramos a nuestro apartamento: el olor a tabaco tiraba para atrás, era inaguantable. Un olor que estaba impregnado en los muebles, sofá… y que a pesar de haber comprado ambientadores para intentar paliarlo, nos lo hemos traído impregnado en nuestra ropa, mochilas, chaquetas… realmente asqueroso. Es una pena, ya que el apartamento es muy amplio, cómodo y con todo el menaje necesario para pasar unos días en él. El personal de recepción muy cordial y amable. Es una pena, creo que se debería hacer distinción entre alojamiento para fumadores y no fumadores.
