Everything was perfect, especially considering it was one of the cheapest options available. The hotel offered great value for money, with clean rooms and good service. It is located a little distance from the city centre, bus station, and train station, but it was still manageable and worth it for the price. Overall, a very good stay and I would recommend it for budget travelers. ⭐👍

Great location, nearby to SanMames stadium, and different streets full of bars with tapas

We were there for one night. The reception lady was not at all friendly. The cards they gave for the room didn’t work and I had to keep going to the reception to change the cards. The room size was good but views were not. Bathroom was very small. Would not recommend for a long stay.

We booked a Double Room but were given a Standard Room with a bed far too small for two people. The room and bathroom clearly didn’t match the advertised category. The difference was noticeable in comfort and layout. This is misleading and disappointing. We’ve requested a refund for the price difference but have yet to receive a fair resolution. Would not recommend booking here unless the hotel improves transparency and honors room categories as advertised.

Good location, you can get main sites by walk. Room is quite and clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast is average. Omelette was cold and too salted. We ordered fried eggs, but it was full of oil. But if you don’t eat eggs- you will enjoy this breakfast.

観光のため3人部屋に宿泊。大きなダブルベッドと一つの簡易ベッド。簡易ベッドは縦幅が短めだったので，背が高い人は困るかもしれない。アメニティは充実しており、バス・スキンケア用品と、歯ブラシなどもあった。サステナビリティに関する記載もあった。部屋は新しく清潔。環境も静か。鉄道の駅、バルやレストランが多くあるエリアからは遠い。美術館やスタジアム、バスターミナルから近い。荷物預けも可能。ロビーにはくつろげる空間があり、飲み物や果物のサービスもあった。素晴らしかった。

La ubicación es excelente, falto mejorar un poco la preparación en la llegada. No teníamos gel de ducha, tuve que pedirlo en recepción y colocarlo en la ducha.

l'hotel est magnifique, bien placé et le personnel agréable, en revanche très bruyant. Nous avons entendu des clients rentrés à 1 h du matin et prendre une douche. Le lendemain, nous entendions parfaitement des conversations. Demander une chambre au calme pour profiter de ce bel hotel

Hotel bien ubicado al lado de san mames, a 10 min andando de toda la zona céntrica.. buena atención y habitación cómoda y amplia.

Beaucoup trop de bruit causé par les femmes de ménage.Ma chambre là 411 était juste à côté de leur local et elles n’étaient pas du tout respectueuses à faire du bruit dés très tôt le matin et tout au long de la journée.

Atendimento profissional e muito simpáticos. Excelente localização no centro de Bilbau e muito perto dos transportes públicos. Recomendo vivanente esre hotel.
