1. 根本談不上服務。 前台的一個老胖女人，態度非常差。每次像是我們是小學生犯了錯，説話非常不客氣。 另外有一個瘦一點的服務員，態度還行，每次想幫我們解決問題，這個老胖女人好像是經理，就説不行，不管不問。 2. 房間設施差。 淋浴出的水忽冷忽熱。一下子能把人的皮燙掉，一下子又冷的吃不消。胖女人説是他們水箱壞了，所有房間都有這個問題，沒法給我們解決。 突然熱的時候都來不及躲，燙的皮都紅。浴室裏還有殘疾人設施，這要是真的一個人殘疾人住進來，水熱的時候他哪來的急躲開？ 屋子裡的浴巾三天才換一次。三天才能打掃一次。 3. 訊息傳遞有錯誤，還態度蠻橫。 入住時候我們説有早餐的，想和他們溝通。胖***態度像是我們想詐騙。衹是讓他去問一下，如果我們有確認早餐的話能不能第2天早上去吃。她説話就像是吃了火葯，也不幫我們去查。結果第2天我們自己付費吃飯。後來她查到了，那兩張餐券就浪費了。 4. 不為客户考慮。 最後一天我們早晨2點就要走，想提前打包一份早餐。一般酒店都有的服務，他們説就是不行。 總的來説，這次入住就是一次災難。這麼貴的價格完全可以在其他地方找到更好的選擇。

Perfect for attending the BBK live festival. Travelled from santander airport on a coach that arrives at Bilbao intermodal. Went up a few levels and there is the accommodation on top of the bus station. Free shuttle buses for the festival left from across the road, the wristband pick up was at san memes stadium 5 mins walk away this was also where you could get the paid festival buses from. Reception staff were really welcoming when we checked in and friendly and helpful during our stay. Room was clean, had aircon, lots of storage and had a distant view of the Bbk main stage from my bed in room 703. The fridge and microwave were handy but no plates, pans or cutlery so we couldn't use the hob. We'd planned to eat out so not a big issue. Quietest hostel i've ever stayed in so sleep was great. Great communal areas but we didn't have time to check them out properly. Bought breakfast for 5 euros each on our last morning. Breakfast staff really nice, everything was super clean and a good continental selection. 5/10 mins from a lovely riverside walk that takes you to the guggengeim by way of the maritime museum. Walking distance to supermarkets. i'd definitely stay here again.

I booked a studio for 3 nights and everything was great! Located right above the Bilbao Intermodal station, getting there from the airport was super easy and only 3 euro with bus 3247. It's a 15-minute walk to the Guggenheim museum and a 25-minute walk to the old town, but the is right outside the door if you prefer public transportation. The studio was super spacious. It came with its own sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. There was also a few utensils and plates, bowls, etc. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The wifi worked great. The bathroom was nice, with a big shower. The only problem is that you can't control the temperature of the water, no matter how hard you try. So one second it's scalding hot and the next it's lukewarm. An all you can eat breakfast coupon is included in the price, which is awesome. The common areas are really great. Almost made me want to go back to university! All in all, a wonderful stay. A much better value than a hotel.
