Homewood Suites by Hilton Billings

We had two rooms here for a 9 night stay due to a death in the family. Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and Wednesday evening soup. The dining area and firepit area was a perfect place for our large family to unwind and play games. The rooms were huge and so clean! I appreciated being able to text whenever we had a need. We also appreciated the pool and hot tub being open late, we enjoyed relaxing in there before bed. We will definitely stay here again!

They need some MASSIVE help with their breakfasts and food. Breakfast food is awful, probably worst I’ve had at a hotel. Everything tastes like rubber and is cold. Everything else was great. Beds comfy, rooms super clean, I just would never eat / try the food again!

As I told the GM Stefan, I've stayed in many Homewood Suites properties over the years. I can honestly say that this is the best Homewood Suites hotel I've every been in. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed, the public areas are truly inviting, and the staff service is excellent. As a former hotel GM myself, I know that good service is a result of excellent leadership. From reading other reviews, it seems I am not the only one with impression. If you are in Billings, this is the place to stay.

Wow, we were wowed from the minute we checked in last evening. The staff is incredibly friendly. The soup and salad bar at 5:30 outstanding ! After traveling ALL day from Idaho we were exhausted. What a great amenity! The room and decor, comfortable bed, quiet room, wonderful fitness room & pool all were top notch! Breakfast this morning was incredible! Definitely a step up from anywhere we’ve ever stayed! Thank you! You’ve gained a new customer. We are usually Hampton Inn people!

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. The front desk staff is amazingly friendly. I was shocked by the breakfast bar every day. It was something new and delicious served on dinnerware and multiple multiple choices. Housekeeping kept up with everything for my extended stay. The room was extremely clean. I had fresh linens. Best business trip stay I’ve had in a long time. Again everyone here was absolutely welcoming and amazing.

We are here every month for 2 weeks and we love it! The staff is amazing and the hotel is fantastic! There’s been a recent remodel and everything looks great and is fresh and clean. Maintenance workers are prompt and friendly. Housekeeping is helpful and attentive. Front desk is always friendly and sweet. Dining room staff is great. Management is very accommodating and Bentley, the Billings Homewood mascot, is a sweet pup. We love this place!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. We were just passing through but I would have loved to stay longer! Definite highlight is the breakfast, wow! The selection was amazing. You could even make a breakfast burrito with this amazing pulled pork, eggs and salsas. Fantastic! Also had a tasty blueberry scone. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely look for other Homewood suites wherever I travel.

We were greeted by Michelle at the front desk who was super friendly and helpful. Made sure we knew where we were going for dinner and that our stay started out well. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves for about an hour! Our room was clean and very comfortable. The TV in the king suite pulls from the wall so we could watch comfortably in bed. Breakfast was phenomenal, run by Michelle and Kelly. They had a breakfast taco bar (which we’ve never had at a hotel breakfast) that was super yummy. Pulled pork, eggs, sausage, potatoes, tons of toppings. They have fancy overnight oats made, a variety of non-dairy milks, and your usual waffle maker, yogurts, bagels, coffee, etc. Even though they provided a delicious breakfast that isn’t traditional, we love breakfast tacos, and were appreciative they had other foods for the rest of the guests. Michelle at the dining room is so friendly! Welcomed everyone and explained what foods were available. Both Michelle and Kelly were so kind and attentive at keeping the breakfast bar clean and restocked. I don’t usually leave reviews for hotel stays but after the breakfast, I took note that I needed to leave a nice review. Thanks for the quick one night stay before our long 10 hour drive day!

Michelle at the front desk was so welcoming and gave us all the information we needed right at check-in. The room was HUGE and very clean, the entire property was very well kept. The swimming pool is incredible and was open late for the kiddo which was also a bonus. All around a great experience, we would definitely stay here again if we're in Billings.
