C'mon Inn Billings

Cons- Very dirty stained rug(see picture), smells like mold when you walk in the hotel. Dirty ceiling (see picture). You can hear your neighbor talking. One of the hot tubs had black floaters in it. Pros- the bedding, mattress and pillows were comfortable

I called ahead and told them that we'd be there around 4. When we got there, we had to wait an additional hour because our room wasn't clean. Broken AC. Hot room. Rude staff. Horrible beds. Woke up in pain. Jacuzzi dirty. The hot tub in the pool area has broken jets. I left a note for the manager to call me and they never did. The jacuzzi rooms are unsafe due to no grab bars and no anti slip mats. Last year, I slipped and hurt myself pretty badly. When I pay $220 a night, I expect to be comfortable and treated well.

The Billings C'mon Inn is as good a value as you could ever hope to find in lodging. The place is super clean, very nicely designed and appointed, and very reasonably priced. This is always the case with this regional chain, but the Billings property takes it to another level. That's the property itself; staff are also friendly and helpful. There are literally no weaknesses here.

I was heading to visit relatives and stopped here after finding one hotel full. I had see this hotel was supposedly booked up on the site but found a room. Pluses and minuses but overall good. Room was good location away from main area so it was quiet. Nice layout and clean King bed room. Staff very nice and helpful. The pool was crowded with kids and adults just sat poolside. 5 or 6 hot tubs so I could find one without kids. Wish they had a safe in the room. I went swimming laps in the morning and no kids. The booklet in the room said the hotel had a safe at the desk but the young lady said they did not and I could keep my valuable with her and she would watch them. Breakfast was included. Eggs so-so, sausages too. The breakfast potatoes were good and the coffee was too. Nice to have yogurt and pancakes good. Orange OK. It was nice to have a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the room.

We have stayed at this hotel at least once a year for the past ten years and it has always been a clean and inviting hotel at a reasonable price. Their free continental breakfast is a perfect assortment of grab and go and sit down. Their staff has always been courteous and welcoming and the hotel itself is cozy and tranquil with the indoor waterfalls and koi ponds. Their pool and hot tubs are always clean and our kids have loved staying here too over the years on our way to ski at Big Sky. And it’s always been nicely decorated for each holiday or season we’re in. We probably should have written a nice review years ago but didn’t take the time and we should have - felt compelled to this time because we’re just so impressed after all these years the place is still a wonderful stay. Kudos to the owner, manager and staff - this hotel is all-around fantastic.

I hardly know where to start. 1. Excellent and helpful staff. 2. A very clean facility. 3, Comfortable beds and pillows. 4. Quite. 5. Unique atmosphere. 6. Excellent breakfast. I can't remember a time when I enjoyed a stay so much. Don't be in a hurry, enjoy.
