Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan to celebrate our daughter’s 4th birthday and it was such a great experience! We booked the one-bedroom villa with private pool and the room was awesome – very spacious, clean, and comfortable 😌 Our girls really enjoyed all the hotel's facilities. The kids club had fun activities, the swimming pool was perfect for family time, and the villa was just a short walk to the beach which made it super convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the start. They go over and above, like to specific mention our experience at their breakfast restaurant Rempah Kitchen where we accidentally ordered a special dish for our daughter who likes fried indo mee, it wasn't part of the breakfast spread but the staff did not decline but make sure the dish was served 👍🏻 We created many happy memories and our daughters didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Bintan. 🙌🏻

The garden villa is super nice, pretty and huge. The swimming pool inside the villa is large enough and water quality better than the outside pool. The outside common pool water is a bit dirty while villa one is very clear.

Our stay was so amazing, i have no words to describe how beautiful this resort is! They gave us an upgrade to a villa which we were so grateful for. The resort is a 5 mins walk to plaza lagoi which was convenient. The staff there were so friendly and easy to approach when we needed help. Thank you for making our stay so memorable, will definitely come again when we come to bintan ☺️

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The food was delicious with a good variety to choose from, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service throughout my stay was warm and attentive — the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is definitely a highlight — it's just a short walk to Plaza Lagoi, and the views are stunning. I especially loved the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, which made for some unforgettable moments. The only downside was the check-in process. I was hoping to settle in earlier, but unfortunately didn’t get access to my room until after 5:30 pm, which was quite late. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests and my future stays. Overall, a great experience and I’d love to return!
