platsen var långt borta cirka 75 minuter från färjeterminalen men de gav oss en kaka fram och tillbaka och serverade oss citrongräsdryck när vi nådde. Maten är prissatt relativt högt på grund av bristen på andra alternativ dvs kan inte våga ut tillväga för att äta eftersom resort är långt ut. men som tur är är maten god. Rumsservice före 10 pm var snabb, men mia efter 10 pm.

Our third time back! It’s a pretty long ride (about an hour) van/bus ride from the jetty to get here but it ticks all our boxes for a beach holiday.

It was a superb stay :) love the whole place and how chill it is. It had many activities to keep us occupied eg gym, yoga, games room, water activities like kayaking and stand up paddling, pool. The food was really yummy as well. Also love it that they gave us bicycles to cycle around the whole area. Room was clean and service staff was lovely and always full of smiles :)

Relaxing schoold holiday trip with my family. We stayed in the resort as the location is quite outskirt and far to go anywhere. Nice villa with our own private pool and overlooking the private beach. They also have 2 bike for own use to roaming around, they also have kids club and earth basket tour where they have their own mini zoo as i find it very entertaining for the kids to explore. The room was good and clean however the TV inside the room-network is so dissapointing. Breakfast was good but limited choices and still acceptable. Food in the Rica Rica also ia good. They even provide us a birthday cake for my child birthday and surprise us with the deco. Tq to Mr Rajiv the RM, and to all of the staff who took care of our family during our stay.

The hotel is about 1 hour and 30 minutes from the ferry. Part of the road is unpaved, which can make the journey a bit difficult. The room is clean, and the breakfast/brunch is delicious. However, make sure to check your receipt carefully when paying at the restaurant or café — tip and tax are already included, but they may still ask you to write in an additional tip.

First of all, I must say that the room was fantastically clean and spacious. You truly get the sense of being in a resort hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast selections although the quality of the local food could have been better. Overall great stay experience.

Super super amazing experience!! The resort is a little far, but it's like an isolated little self-sufficient community on its own, a world of its own! We had many things to do even though we had nothing planned. There were so many free activities (sambal making, farm tours, honey tasting, kayaking, yoga, towel folding, stargazing, coffee tasting, etc). Late at night, staff even came to provide us with complimentary dessert (some cake) and omg it was so yummy. The room was also really comfortable and cozy and we had buggy service to drive us here and there (it was like a roller coaster ride so fun) Food was so tasty too (Rica Rica had amazing satay and mie goreng), and the egg station at breakfast 10/10!! The team there was also so friendly and helpful, I'm so sad I had to leave...can I come back...

A very nice place to stay that is relaxing and have a lot of amenities to enjoy. They have accommodated all our request perfectly… A lot of complimentary too that makes the space worth it to stay… Will definitely recommend and come back next time…

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The atmosphere was peaceful, and our room was clean and spacious. The service was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff! The hotel is located about 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Bintan Ferry Terminal, which makes it somewhat remote from more bustling areas. If you prefer a vibrant atmosphere, beach life, and a clean beachfront, this hotel may not be the best fit for you. However, if you are looking for tranquility and a place to relax and catch up with a good friend, this is the perfect spot! One downside we encountered was the presence of flying insects. During meals, especially in the evening, flies and mosquitoes hovered around us. Additionally, there were stray cats nearby, which might be a concern if you are not fond of cats. That being said, we truly enjoyed our stay there!

Service was very good upon arrival, during the stay and upon check-out, staff were nice and friendly. Booked a beachfront pool villa, so i was surprised that there is no beach for us to walk, hence was disappointed considering the price we paid for. My mood turns better with the sunny day and the great wind blowing towards out villa. no bicycles were available during our stay as they were all taken up, hence we didn't walk around the resort as our villa was one of the furthest. will need to request buggy service whenever we wanted to go somewhere. To those who wishes to try their spa, the therapist and the massage room are nice. Please remember to book in advance before you reach, i wanted to massage for 2 days but only managed to get a 2hr slot for 1 of the days even though i book in 2 days advance. Breakfast was okay, but the dinner buffet that day was a Grill buffet at the beach which costs us around SGD100 per pax. The food spread and taste was not worth the price, hence we spend the rest of the meals with the in-villa dining which taste better. There are free traditional dance performance and delicous dessert for us for celebration of Hari Raya, greatly appreciated for the effort.

Excellent service from arrival at the ferry terminal to the end of our stay. Warm and friendly staff. Suggestions: 1) Suggest to lower the holder for toiletries as it is too high to reach when soaking in bathtub. Need to stand up to get shampoo and soap which may be dangerous as the bathtub is slippery. 2) Would be great if management can find some kind of natural deterant to prevent insects getting in when doors are open wide.
