Decent stay for a 3D2N getaway. Room was clean, spacious and cosy. Loved how there was both aircon and ceiling fan. Pool area was nice with direct access to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.
They had a foam party on Saturday which left the pool murky on Sunday morning. Pool side beds kept sliding down and couldn’t seem to be secured to the chair. Lift and toilets outside had a weird smell - smelled like they mopped it over and over again rather than cleaned it.
Overall, a pleasant stay for a short getaway. Would recommend! Do take note there’s nothing much to do nearby so would recommend you to plan ahead on doing your own activities/planning for your transport.

Cassia bintan is an excellent resort for families. Its 1 or 2 room apartments are well made for a family of 4. Staff is very friendly. Always ready to serve you, and the smile never fades. F&B is a bit pricey for Indonesia, but happy hour at Xana has you well covered (50% from 4 to 5.30pm). Lots of activities for kids free of charge. For vegetarians, you can order breakfast ahead of time to be prepared and kept read at Lotus Cafe. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options in the breakfast buffet.

I like that the location is 15 minutes away from the BBT ferry terminal and they provide free transfer to and fro. The hotel looks relatively new but it has a chalet feel rather than a resort. The beach is shared among 3 resorts and it is beautiful and clean. We ate the Indonesian buffet on Friday night which cost INR550,000 per pax. Loved the sate and kueh the most. During breakfast, we were directed to Angsana as cassia was full. Breakfast is average. The one room apartment is small but comfortable as they divided the space into bedroom, living room and kitchenette. Staff were attentive throughout the checkin, checkout, dining and transfer. All were smooth and quick. We happen to witness the release of sea turtles. Kudos to Bintan sea conservation team!

An average stay considering the cost they charge. It cannot be counted into one of the premium resorts however the way hotel has devised the restaurants and other amenities. The charges are pretty high. Do take that into account.

We had a great stay in Cassia!!
1) staffs are all very friendly, always ready to greet people by smile, small talks, went extra miles to deliver a top notch service. Special shout out to Yance (we met him from Xana beach club) who was so kind and willing to go extra miles to ensure we had a great time ☺️ and the Zumba instructor who was a ball of energy 😂
2) food was delicious, Lotus cafe, u beach club, Vista, Treetops, tried the food from all of the above places and it was amazing!! Delicious, clean and beyond expectations
3) fun activities: badminton, beach volleyball ball, soccer, table tennis, aqua Zumba, foam pool party etc. the infinity pool was great too!! It was super clean and the water was not cold
4) the room was clean, they provide daily drinking water, beach tower with a bag (which is great!). They also provide free shuttle service for pick up and drop off from ferry terminal (by shuttle bus operated by the hotel).
I have nothing to complaint about for this place, highly recommended 🫶🏼

Very decent hotel for short getaway , panoramic view of the sunrises if you can get an ocean view unit. Need wake up at 530- 6am to catch it
Clean beach and peaceful surrounding
Some block especially are on the hill are relatively hard to walk. Food is a bit salty though maybe just us. And hopefully the breakfast could be improve

Free shuttle from ferry port which takes 15 minutes. You have to carry your own luggage. No assistance from staff. Don’t stay at block 5 as it’s too far from beach. Moths will come inside the room too 😢

Love the place. It was clean, the staffs were friendly. The pool was a bit small and all activities are at additional cost. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay.
