This apartment-style accommodation offers the luxury of a private beach, making it an ideal getaway. The receptionists, Gazza and Tasia, provided exceptional service during the check-in and check-out process. They went above and beyond by assisting with reservations at the Banyan Tree restaurants, ensuring both transport and seat arrangements were seamlessly taken care of. The dining experience at Treetops and Saffron was outstanding—every dish was splendid and memorable. The private beach was immaculately maintained and pristine, offering a relaxing environment. My child especially enjoyed playing in the soft, clean sand, making it a perfect family-friendly destination.

Overall, the resort is acceptable. The resort is surrounded by the woods and far from amenities. Thus, if anyone likes to buy any goods, it would be quite difficult to access groceries. The resort restaurant costs around S$ 49 for 2 pax, which is inevitable as the place is pretty isolated. The fact is that nothing much choice is available in the menu. The resort is service apartment type and provided with lots of utensils for own cooking and usage. However, there is no groceries or min Mart nearby. The resort offered free time to time shuttle bus service which is good for all customers. Ferry and shuttle bus timetable us available at reception. Though we booked as a Garden view, we received car park view, bit it is okay for us since everywhere is quiet and tranquil.

Decent stay for a 3D2N getaway. Room was clean, spacious and cosy. Loved how there was both aircon and ceiling fan. Pool area was nice with direct access to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. They had a foam party on Saturday which left the pool murky on Sunday morning. Pool side beds kept sliding down and couldn’t seem to be secured to the chair. Lift and toilets outside had a weird smell - smelled like they mopped it over and over again rather than cleaned it. Overall, a pleasant stay for a short getaway. Would recommend! Do take note there’s nothing much to do nearby so would recommend you to plan ahead on doing your own activities/planning for your transport.

I like that the location is 15 minutes away from the BBT ferry terminal and they provide free transfer to and fro. The hotel looks relatively new but it has a chalet feel rather than a resort. The beach is shared among 3 resorts and it is beautiful and clean. We ate the Indonesian buffet on Friday night which cost INR550,000 per pax. Loved the sate and kueh the most. During breakfast, we were directed to Angsana as cassia was full. Breakfast is average. The one room apartment is small but comfortable as they divided the space into bedroom, living room and kitchenette. Staff were attentive throughout the checkin, checkout, dining and transfer. All were smooth and quick. We happen to witness the release of sea turtles. Kudos to Bintan sea conservation team!
