We stayed here for my nephew’s wedding. Absolutely a boutique hotel experience. We loved that all the rooms opened out onto the lovely courtyard. It was pleasant to sit in the shade there and relax. Our children enjoyed the pool and games room too. The restaurant was excellent - tasty meals and great service. My only complaint is the opening hours of the gym. There was one treadmill to be shared by all guests and when they won’t unlock the gym until 8am the treadmill becomes hot property. Please unlock the gym earlier and stipulate that it is for adults only perhaps. Some water and towels in there would also be appreciated. Overall thankyou for a wonderful stay.

In connection with a large conference being held here, my wife and I ***** with many friends stayed in this resort for 2 nights last week. The resort is very well planned and maintained with beautiful flower gardens, big lawns, swimming pool and a large hall to accommmodate around 650-700 persons. Room 101 "Palash" that we stayed in was well appointed with all amenities. Food in its restaurant was of a good standard. Overall a pleasant experience. Parking space for cars is limited looking at the number of rooms and most guests travelling by own vehicles.

We stayed in a ground floor suite near the dining hall and that was very convenient for seniors like us. Our suite was very clean and very nicely furnished.
To me, the outstanding feature of the resort was the behaviour of the staff. They always greeted us with a smile. They never expected tips unlike their counterparts in bigger cities.
The big open ground inside the resort was very nicely maintained and excellent for morning walks. We didn’t use the gym or spa area, but they looked good. Food was nice and we liked the taste very much.
Suggestions for improvement :
1) Elevators and wheel chair access to all the blocks would make the place more attractive to senior people and overseas visitors.
2) A locked tipping box at the reception area will ensure that all the lovely staff get some incentive for their excellent work.
3) Parking was a bit congested as there was an International Lion’s Club meet the day we left.

I'll definitely book rooms in this property again, if I revisit Bolpur.
1. The property is gorgeous and very artistic and well maintained.
2. The breakfast has both veg and non-veg options with a large array of options. It is bit costly if not included as complementary, but it is worth with the price.
3. I did not have lunch here. The dinner options are very good. We got both Bengali and continental options. My kids loved the pasta.
4. Swimming Pool and Gym are looked good. Game room should have more options for kids. This is an area of improvement the management may consider.
5. Only issue I faced that the internet connection was not available for a day for some server issue.

We had booked 3 premium rooms at The Creek spa and resort shantiniketan on october 12 - 14. We would have rated it 5 but we were forced to give less for the only reason ( and a very important one) that there was a family of stray cats mother and 4 kittens outside our rooms (302, 303, 304) at all times. We complained several times at the reception amd housekeeping but to no avail. Finally when the mother cat almost attacked my son , we created a hue at the reception dis the GM and F&B mangaer both came. But they both had the most 'what can we do about it ' attitude and were extremely rude and told us to just stomp our feet or reusiculous things like that. We had paid extra coz if the balconies attached to the rooms, which none of us could enjoy or make use of ultimately!! So it's a great property and good food, excellent service but an indifferent manager who makes sure the guest will not return. Go at your own risk, especially if you book rooms 301 - 304. (Also the room fridges were not working in most of the rooms )

Terrible experienc… service is bad… staffs need to b well trained none of them have a sense of speaking. The person sitting at the reception is highly unprofessional . I would rate this hotel below 0. Food is very average with very limited option

Had the worst experience. All the staffs are rude incompetent always ready to argue. They don’t have towel laundry bag. Food is below average. Won’t suggest anyone to have a stay here. They don’t clean the room you have to call them for cleaning

Very nice stay at the hotel with family and friends. The rooms are very tastefully furnished. Very cooperative staff, service was excellent and food was very good. Had a great time. Thanks...... .. Will surely choose this place again anytime.❤
