Travelodge Bromborough

Shower gel dispenser broken, hand wash dispenser not working, dead spider in light in shower room, cobwebs from main light to wall, I was kept waiting for 15 minutes on reception when I wanted to extend my stay and no contact number displayed anywhere on the desk to contact anyone for help

I had a long stay at the Travelodge in Bromborough, I honestly can't thank Steph, Hannah and all the staff enough, they have all been amazing, spotlessly clean, friendly, helpful staff. Helped in every way they possibly could, Will miss them all, Sara

First time at travel lodge, great value, very clean, pleasant staff. Easy parking, everything we needed for a visit in the area. Would have been nice to receive a better breakfast offering, but I suppose they have to cater to demand. Otherwise a great visit.

Reception staff especially Hannah were great and so helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Shower was lovely and warm. Was able to take my dog who was also made very welcome . Hotel was busy but it was always quiet Will stay again as local to family

Along with my wife we have stayed at the hotel many times this year visiting family. I can honestly say that we have enjoyed every one of them, every room we have stayed in has been spotless and the beds very comfy. Apart from the great facilities the best thing about the hotel is the staff, from the front desk, the bar and restaurant staff, the cleaners but especially the breakfast staff who are always cheerful and helpful. Only thing that might be a little bit not so good for some people will be some noise from the various functions going on at the hotel but not all rooms can hear it, it has never bothered us in the past. To the manager keep doing what you are doing it’s working well.

Stayed for 2 nights durning the Liverpool Comic Con Weekend, arrived friday evening and was made to feel welcome from the start, all the staff were very friendy and cheefull during our stay, provided us with any amenities that we needed and provided us with helpfull information in terms of travel or places to eat. Room was clean, comfortable and warm, it provided a good nights sleep and was quiet, heard no noise of trafic from the main road, we will definitely stay again, would highly recomend.
