There is not a more conveniently located place to stay in Birmingham; 2 minutes to Mountain Brook’s English Village; 2 minutes to Downtown Homewood; 5 minutes to Downtown Birmingham; 5 minutes to the Birmingham zoo and Botanical Gardens; 7 minutes to the BJCC, Legacy Arena, and Protective Stadium.About pets:No pets allowed, service animals permitted.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No parties or get togethers of any sort. Cute house centerally located
The house was cute with comfortable beds. The small home is older and has many quirky charming features. The neighborhood is cute, tree covered and very close to a major highway.

The beds were comfortable and check-in and checkout was easy. It could have been a bit cleaner, but for the most part it was great.

This is charming historic home that was originally built in the 1940s. It has been updated throughout the years and has modern amenities including central air and a dishwasher. The home is nostalgic, but has plenty of room It is located in a quite neighborhood that is conveniently located to downtown and highwaysWe enjoyed being able to stay in a quite neighborhood rather than being crowed into two hotel rooms. We will definitely try to reserve this home on our next trip to Birmingham.

Graduation weekend
Perfect location and stay for Samford graduation with grandparents and college age siblings. Great communication with owner. Would stay again.

Women’s Cont
There were six of us. Four were seniors so the steps were a challenge but we’re glad we were in the neighborhood where it was peaceful. Would love to get this place again if we’re ever back.One thing I would add is you fumigate for the ants. They were a little pesty.

Fantastic hub for enjoying Birmingham
We loved our stay at Vulcan View Cottage. The property was very comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful as well. Jonathan was helpful, providing all the details we needed and was happy to help. We'd definitely recommend staying here!
