The pillows were too soft and not firm enough as usual resulting in a bit of a stiff next in the morning. Also, the free Wi-Fi/internet is very poor, almost non-existent, so how can I be sure the ultimate Wi-Fi costing £5 a night will work if I paid for it? I also thought the usual good customer service in the morning wasn’t there. No ‘did you have a good night’. I think your young gen-z staff need better interpersonal and customer facing skills training!
