Reception services very good. Staff very courteous.
Room is clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is very basic.

The exterior of the hotel was uninviting and grim. Our rooms were cold and despite trying to turn the heating up, the room remained cold. Our rooms were at the front of the hotel overlooking the busy road and several bus stops, which were very noisy. We spoke to reception about the issues and were handed a card to contact guest relations if we had a complaint! Their 'couldn't be bothered with us' attitude and the issues we raised put us off staying and we left. We are still awaiting an email from 'guest relations' and hopefully a refund as we didn't stay !

The restaurant staff were awful we were just an inconvenience. Would not recommend if you need or want to eat at the hotel restaurant for breakfast or dinner. Food quality and choice not great either. Mid week and the bar was not busy and yet it took ages to get a drink. Everything needed a wipe down and the there were glasses and crockery needing to be cleared. Rude and miserable restaurant manager.

The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in apart from my own. The room was clean and quiet and properly dark even in the morning so I was able to lie in a bit. Great shower. Air conditioning was at a good level and not audible at all. Definitely great value for money.

i had a great time. service was brilliant. Kelly was fantastic at checking in as always. rooms fab too really good size. Best Premier Inn in Birmingham with wonderful staff, and facilities. food in restaurants was tasty but a little wait. thank you.

I have stopped here now for nearly a year whilst working away, I have been spoilt very much by all the staff, never have I been in and not met with a 😁, doesn't matter which member of staff is on the reception desk from Sally, Kelly or Charlotte just to name a few. Well done Premier inn keep up the great work, Maybe even look to use these staff to improve hotels where the standard is not as good as it is here ??

Great place clean rooms staff fantastic and very very helpful food is good all staff members greet me with a warm welcome I’m a regular there they do make me feel at home I’ve never had a bad nights sleep there if I’m working in Birmingham I always ask to stay there

The hotel was brilliant. The staff were helpful and great with the kids. The room was clean, having a shower rather than over bath pleasant bonus. What let this hotel down was the bar and block restaurant evening meal experience. The reception staff were great and tried to help resolve the problem as best as they could.

Brilliant location, great hotel! We loved our fantastic Premier Plus room - great facilities and super-comfy bed. Fantastic views of the city and we really appreciated having a fridge and coffee machine. The staff were amazing; so friendly and really couldn’t do enough to help! Thank you - we’ll be back!
