Travelodge Birmingham Fort Dunlop recensioner

The hotel was but no free wifi. If you want one need to pay 14£ for 7 days.

Quite place to stay bug room. Excellent staff and food

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Travel Lodge Fort Dunlop, the hotel is clean the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the food is excellent. I would definitely stay there again on my next travel to the UK and will recommend this hotel ro my friends.

There are no facilities. I canceled my reservation for 1 day. The staff told me to refund the money to my credit card. Now I'm waiting. Thank you

Jo, Connor & Caleb working endlessly to meet the high demands of your guests. Travel lodge Front liners give them 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Challenges they had tonight included lack of food on the menu guest and bless him Caleb had the job to give the bad news that orders weren’t available. The reason I’m giving these troopers a 5 star ⭐ is the way they approached all guest giving amazing service with a smile. It felt natural and genuine to offer help to their guests. If that’s the way you now approach service Travel Lodge then bravo 🙌

A lady called Emma who was working on the reception was absolutely lovely and provided us with a friendly face on arrival . the Room was nice and clean . The recently renovated bar had a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

Emma princess was a queen on the reception really excellent service nice and smooth check in free onside parking and nice to be back and see the new bar 85cafe with am great atmosphere a big selection of food and drink would definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing time. Can't fault the staff at all. Emma P was amazing as she always looks after us every time we go. I really like the new layout o fthe building and the new painting and the new curtains in the showers. Also the bar looks absolutely amazing.

11th Visit to this Fort Dunlop on behalf of Currys. Every Visit has been impeccable. Staff are always nice. Emma on reception always greet us with a warm smile! Loving the new paint job and dining area of what we call the port hole palace. This will be last, but every visit will not be forgotten. Sam
