The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and more than adequate for my night's stay. I would be happy to stay there arain, well done.

Hotel was in right location for my trip and staff was very helpful at all times and also book taxi for us which was no trouble to them . I will be booking this hotel next time we go to Birmingham.

Staff are well cool on all three nights, making sure we set up with the car park and bringing out the food and drinks. Thanks for being so helpful and human throughout.

One of the better travel lodges I have stayed at basically food menu but first time I have seen travel lodge do food all in all not bad

Birmingham Maypole Travelodge was easy to reach and clean & well presented, the team were welcoming, breakfast was good the following morning and not overcrowded, would be happy to stay here again if another trip calls for it.

The room had some rubbish from the previous guest left under the counter and there was no soap in the bathroom dispensers.

Great stay, totally unexpected as our car broke down. Staff were great. Breakfast superb and they couldn’t be more helpful, we will stay again every time we stay in Bham. The bedroom was really spacious and easy parking, we had a really great stay. Gary and Sal

My mum slipped in the bath tub and there was nothing they could do. We had buy our own bath mat! She is 91 yrs old. This was the worst experience. She would have been better in a disabled room. I had to lift her up from the bath sub. Please put anti slip in the bath tub. There are sticky things you can put in the bath tub. The bath tub was also slippery for me! I complained that the sink was blocked and nothing happened! And the fan wasn't working! Travelodge said they would change the rooms. Admittedly they didn't have a disabled room. I would still have liked it. The sink has been dirty for 2 days now!!
