Welcomed with a smile and Lisa couldn't have done any more for us. She left a small gift for our daughter and made sure we were all sorted for breakfast in the morning. She is an asset to the company. A lovely stay was had. Thank you.

Really comfy bed and nice and quiet room. Staff was really nice and kind, in particular Lisa. One of the best premier inn breakfasts we have ever had! Altogether a really nice experience.

Bed was very comfy and room was very quiet at night. Lisa was very warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Staff were all amazing especially Lisa, the room was spotless and cleaned everyday and the bed getting made and refreshed with fresh towels everyday, the whole experience was just so relaxing and looking forward to our next visit. So get our room ready Lisa lol

We had a lovely stay, room is clean , complimentary parking, close enough to city, took us around 15 minutes to reach town centre. Next to Harvester, good option for lunch or dinner. Very helpful and friendly staff, 5 stars for Lisa! Thank you!

The room was Great clean spacious. The staff were happy and welcoming . The breakfast was very nice with large selection of choices The Car park had disabled spaces right near the door and all being on a level was extremely helpful traveling with disabled person

Such a lovely greeting by Lisa this evening. After a long drive, a cheerful host was exactly what we needed! The description for breakfast and her high praise of the chef was completely deserved. The room was clean and comfortable as expected with Premier Inn!

We came to Birmingham for the night and originally booked an Airbnb, upon our arrival the Airbnb was terrible. We quickly left and headed straight to Premier Inn. Lisa was working the front desk and she was wonderful. She got us all checked in and went straight upstairs to get a bed made for my son. We told her our situation and she comped our breakfast. At breakfast the next morning she gave my son an activity sheet to do with Easter questions. She was very sweet and we appreciate all she did for us.
