The hotel is in a quiet location, but close to the main thoroughfare in Bishkek. It is very modern and nicely decorated. The room was a suite, which afforded a good space for a family. There was a bed and a double sofa bed, both of which were very comfortable. There was also a table and two stools, a fridge, kettle and the usual provision of tea/coffee. The bathroom was clean and the shower powerful. The hotel organised a car rental for us, through a company in Bishkek, which was very helpful as we had no luck contacting rental companies directly. The car was new and very good. However, before we got the usual rental details on a document, we were in contact with someone at the hotel who offered us a Toyota Highlander from 2004 for almost the same price as the car we ended up renting. It was quite strange, as this person offered us only this very old car (7 seater) or a Kia Carnival (7 seater as well). Then, after several days going back and forth discussing these offers and some pictures of a car in someone’s back garden or a Middle East car dealership, someone else started replying to my messages (on booking’s app) and the conversation became much more professional, with a picture of a table with the rental prices and conditions as you would expect. It was obviously a different member of staff, as this person didn’t seem to be aware of what had been discussed prior. It made me wonder if the other person was trying to rent a friend’s car. Apart from that, the staff were polite and very helpful. Note that latte/cappuccino is not included in the breakfast and there is an extra charge for this. We only realised when we were checking out. We used the hotel’s service for pickup and drop off at the airport, which was very convenient. Would definitively stay again and recommend!
