Adulala Resort & Spa

The breathtaking view is what caught my attention, sunrise and sunset while enjoying the boat ride, and the colorful trees planted surrounding the lake, the Yerer mountain view by the lake, it's just beautiful. But the food and other services don't expect much in a small towns, or you'll be disappointed. I have stayed in almost all the resorts in Bishoftu, hospitality service wise; Adulala and Lake Bishoftu are better without a doubt!!

I stayed at the resort for two days and it was a horrible experience, I regret spending my time and money there. Untrained staff very rude to customers, room is unclean and there was no soap in the room so we had to call reception three times. The sheets and duvet covers were dirty. There were security guards walking on our balcony and checking our doors at night. I wish I had read some of the reviews before going there.

Full package in one place. I enjoyed my stay, the walk side by the water is so comforting, so peaceful and quite, the water view from my room was breathtaking and the sunrise was perfect in the morning. The place is so alive during the day time, at evening, so early it gets so quite and a bit scary, I guess it's the locals who gives the place a light, anyhow I love it, I will definitely come back soon.

I had business meeting and stayed for one night. The overall service seem fair, the food is good and the room is also fine but the bathroom is too old and all the bathroom materials are too old and too dirty.

When we arrive at the restaurant a Waiter led us to our seat and he kindly explained that there is only buffet and from the menu would take the whole day. when we are ready to get our lunch from the buffet, we were asked to show a reciept of payment that we didn't know we had to pay at the entrance. the person who was responsible for that at the front door,as we understand it later, is a multy tasker and she helps somewhere in the restaurant. The food was not good either but if you are hungry it is eatable. The horror came later when we asked to pay, they accept only cash!!!! they said there is ATM outside and it is working to check only the balance , the corresponding buttons to withdraw money were not functioning. Finally we were taken to different building where the resort receptionist is located. And the staff tried their best to process our payment and they told us there is a network problem, but half an hour ago we dropped off our kids in kuriftu water park and the payment went through in a second. The problem was they dedicate the restaurant to CBE bank. They are not working with the other POSS processing banks like the other normal restaurant would do in area. I will never plan to go there without cash or maybe never.

we prepared a great organizational staff recreation and communicate a head of time with formal communication in the mean time they changed our selected choice with out notice and excuse with unprofessional communication, I will not recommended service at all and they need to get customer handling coach and need service transformation.
