I cannot comment about the amenities or the service, Just on the refund policy, it’s disgusting, I had to cancel stay on the 29th November due to a hospital operation, this hotel will not refund any of my £165+, even though the room will be refilled and they won’t lose out, taken my very hard earned wages and given nothing in return.

Lovely stay from start to finish. Stayed in a deluxe sea view triple room 9, clean comfortable and lovely view. Excellent friendly staff and lovely decor Car parking available and fantastic quality breakfast and service. Thank you so much we had a great time.

Very modern clean and excellent breakfast. Excellent value for money and they couldn’t do enough to help make our stay great ! Great location tram stop outside only a short walk to the north pier, town centre and Tower. Definitely go back for another stay !

We had a one year old child with us and had requested a cot and high chair, none provided. Living room: Settee filthy, disgusting. TV not connected, no channels. Wifi not working properly. Electric fire not secured to the wall with cables hanging loose, holes in the wall. Kitchen, a bucket full of filthy water and mop left for us. One filthy disgusting dish towel left for us. Backyard: cigarettes butts everywhere, walled ash tray rammed full of used cigarettes. Patios doors broken in dining room not locking, we had to wedge a dining table chair against the handles to make it secure. Toilets weren't cleaned, stains on the wall panelling, toilet paper stuck to the roof, shower screen filthy. Fire doors wedged open, restrictors broken and not working properly. 1st double bedroom, behind the headboard the wall paper and plaster falling off the wall. Double bedroom 2 window blind full of stains , absolute filth. Bathroom 1 The hot and cold water are plumbed in reverse. For hot water you turn it to cold, for cold water you turn it to hot. Shower screen nor fitted properly. Every single person we spoke to from your organisation said they hadn't visited the property, who decided this was a fit and proper accommodation for a family. We did not book this house and were moved at the very last minute, it would have been better for both parties if you had just cancelled our booking and we could have went somewhere else. You took our money and left us in a house that was dirty, dangerous and unsecure. Colin

The main issues: After having slept in the bed we pulled the bedding all the way back and noticed that they were was a blood stain at leg level not caused by us. When we brought this up with the manager, he did not apologise just stated that housekeeping would be in soon. My brother, his wife and their 6 month old were also staying here and as soon as they opened the door to their room the smell of cigarette smoke hit us and it was much worse in the room. We said this to the manager who said it “wasn’t that bad” and made some excuses for why the room did smell like that. My brother and his wife spent 10 minutes in the room and could feel the smoke in their throats so clearly a 6 month old could not stay in that room. My brother explained that to the manager and that there is a history of asthma within the family. The manager did not offer an alternative and so my brother had to book into another hotel. They were not offered a refund for the non useable room. Other issues: The view out of the window is into someone else’s house. Which feels very intrusive for both me and the neighbours. The car park is very tight and even through there is 1 space open at the bottom of the car park. The receptionist asked me to double park my car and leave the keys with him which I was not very pleased with. Even though the car park was owned by the hotel we were still charged £16 to “use” it. Due to the size of the car park, my brother, could not get his car out of the space he was in. He had to wait until the next car over moved to get his out. We were staying in a “delux king room”. This is not a king bed and if you look at the description it states “extra large double” but to me it just feels like a normal double.

We had a lovely 2 night stay and breakfast was also included, which was a buffet style breakfast and was very nice!. Location is great too. We also got a tram to fleetwood which was nice. Tram stops are just opposite the bed and breakfast. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back x
