I recently stayed at the address for two nights my room was basic and tired , tea coffee milk not replenished after the first day . only one towel also not changed after the first day . no soap in the bathroom I used or shampoo or shower gels , some friendly staff serving breakfast which was average . to park your vehicle in the driveway of the B&B will cost you £10 per night .

Perfect little B&B. We arrived as a family of three and was straight away upgraded to a family room from the triple we initially booked. The room was clean and had all the little amenities you'd expect from a bed and breakfast. Breakfast was split into two times which you had the choice of and was served promptly and of good quality. Parking can be purchased outside the property however it is very narrow. There is however a large carpark behind the property which we used with no issues. Location is spot on. Close to coral island!

Contact before arrival is excellent. Very quick booking in. Clean and tidy room & a good solid breakfast. Friendly run business and we will return. Could do with a bit of music in the dining room at breakfast time but can't be bad if that's the only problem.

Not a nice place at all. Dirty, shower coming off the wall. Filthy bed sheets. Stains on towels. Rude staff. Don’t believe a word they say to You because when you go to them with an issue they are rude. There are better places for better value of money to stay in the area. The food was disgusting they don’t let you tell them what you want. Had to have a full English every day. Ask for brown bread gave me white. Milk was sour. Kettle in room had mouldy water in.

Fantastic and enjoyable stay.. so friendly, so clean, fuss free, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was massive and yummy, and it looked like the pictures !! Excellent value too.. thoroughly recommended. Thankyou for an enjoyable stay.

Nee & Ash were brilliant - we were upgraded to a family room for no extra charge. Room was exactly what we needed, it also had a view of the tower. Breakfast was lovely on both mornings, nothing was too much trouble. Clean and tidy - would stay again if in the area. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻👍🏻😃

Wow wow wow this was our first family holiday (4 adults, 4 children) and we chose in our view the best b&b in Blackpool. It was perfect because of Nee the owner, from time we booked to the time we left today, Nee went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable! The rooms were spotlessly clean and bedding crisp coupled with clean white fresh towels. A generous drinks tray was provided and replenished when we needed it. Breakfast was first class, all excellent quality and if you wanted more, you just asked and it was accommodated. Parking was great too with a disabled spot provided and a ramp in and out the property. The place was full so that tells you how good it is, if you pop on the website and see it’s free, pick up the phone like I did and you won’t be disappointed! Completely unprofessional woman, pointing in our faces and screaming at us at breakfast in front of all other guests after a drunken incident the previous night. I was Completely impressed with everything until the morning, the woman approached the subject more than once and couldn't let it go after the apologies had been made. Disgusting behaviour.

Lovely 3 night stay at the address very friendly helpful and kind people lovely breakfast would definitely stay again if we went to Blackpool again thankyou room was nice everything you need and pretty close to the tower cheap and cheerful place
