Lovely little boutique hotel, I love the contactless check in (we can be very antisocial people🤣). Tiffany also checked in with us throughout our stay via messages & was literally one ring away when we did need her. We planned to go out for a night out but ended up opting for some time in the hot tub & a night in, we can highly recommend the loft room. It was clean & fresh. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here around valentines definitely best place to stay in Blackpool and we are booked to go back again in April. It's warm fresh clean friendly inviting place, the decor is amazing its like being at home so comfy and such personal touch ❤️ bath robes in room little alexa by bed for music, can't wait to go again in couple of weeks❤️Tiffanyis friendly and helpful and she recommended places for us to eat too and could not fault places too had great weekend ❤️

Perfect little hotel. Tiff the owner is sooo lovely and very welcoming, very friendly. Certainly made us feel at home. She also gave us a little gift which was a nice thoughtful added touch. The hotel it’s self is beautiful decorated, girly and smells amazing! I’m so glad I found this place. The room we had was spacious and beautifully decorated. We can’t wait to come back and try out the other rooms. Thank you for having us. We are already planning our 2nd trip to belleva.

Hotel in a excellent location and only a few metres away from Blackpool promenade. Hotel spotlessly clean with nice comfy rooms. Tiffany the owner was very attentive and frequently asked if everything was satisfactory. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Our reservation was cancelled by Belleva the day before we were due to arrive. There was no reason provided for why the accomodation was cancelled. If you want to book accomodation you will actually be able to stay in, we would not recommend Belleva.

Contact less check in, really inviting on entering b an b, room was.just.lovely, TV, coffee, tea, comfortable bed, almost home from home, bathroom was spotless, and shower was amazing, close to main road, plenty.of parking near by, 10 out of 10 from me and my partner, will definitely be back for another stay.in the new year

All i can say is truly amazing, tiffany decorated the tiffany Harley suit for my husband birthday. nothing was to much trouble for this lady , i have never seen a bath this big in my life , the hotel is decorated beautifully spotlessly clean , close to all amenities, me and my husband struggle to walk far , tram at top Street, highly recommended worth every penny and more , we will be back thank you tiffany for making memories for me and bert.xxx❤️❤️

Absolutely amazing guest house. Host is lovely and friendly, great advice and recommendations for nearby. Complimentary sweets, melts and soap left in the room. The rooms are brilliant! All different themes and luxuriously decorated. Lots of quirky things throughout the guest house. Would definitely recommend, I will be returning.

A really enjoyable stay here at the Belleva and the accommodation is excellent. Great location and facilities, very clean and comfortable. Tiffany the owner is really friendly and helpful, we will definitely go back.
