In the summer often two horses are in the field and we ask guests not to feed them.The back garden is partially landscapted with seating areas to enjoy the stunning mountain scenery.There is still one section that is work in progess (due to the installation of the very recent conservatory) and we ask guests not to venture into this area whilst the work is undertaken to landscape this area.Parking for one car is immediately in front of the cottage, on the road, parallel to the curb (and not on the slate chippings or slabs please). There is also a small parking area opposite the cottage, set back from the road, if you have 2 cars. The road is extremely quite.The check in time cannot be bought forward. A original slate miners cottage built in the late 1800's . Located in Tanygrisau , just outside of the historic Slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog . It is well positioned just a short walk away from all the shops and amenities the town has to offer with the local pub also just up the road . The narrow gauge steam railway runs past the back garden and can also be seen from the rear bedroom.
