Private: swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Nov.). Shower/WC in the pool area, table tennis, single garage. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 200 m, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, café 150 m, pedestrian zone 1 km. Sports harbour 2 km, marina 2 km, sailing school 2 km, walking paths from the house 10 m.
